When I decided to use their service installation allows you to avoid any bubble or scratch or dust mistake so you will be covered by Best Buy on it and they will replace it as many times as the installation doesn’t fit your expectations. And if they try at least 3-4 times and you don’t like it, they will send a very new one to your place for free so you don’t have to pay for anything so you can try installing it by yourself on the peace of your home.

I purchased an iPad screen protector and they told me geek squad might not be able to apply it because they might be booked for the day and I didn’t have an appt. Easy, fast, great customer service!

I definitely recommend springing for the installation fee to have the Geek Squad install the screen protector. Installed to perfection and saved me the headache of trying to prevent anything from sticking to the screen prior to screen installation.

I recommend these to everyone. It's a lot cheaper to replace a screen protector then replacing a screen. These have saved 2 iPads and an iPhone from repairs. Enough said.

The protection plan is the best thing we bought for our Surface. We actually have had to go through three different surfaces. Thankfully we had the full protection plan from Best Buy and we didn’t have to pay for any of the replacements.

Don’t think you should have to pay for installation considering the price of the iPad and the shield. It only took them five minutes to install.
