Haste the day to listen to Haste the Day!

So apparently I've been sleep for the last umphteen years because I had never paid any attention to Haste the Day. I listen to all types of Christian music, and I've got several Christian rock/metal albums. Somehow I had never gotten anything by Haste the Day. Well, "Coward" officially changed that. I really like the album from beginning to end. It's also cool to see that they got every HTD member past and present together to do one big collaboration album. That's just cool, and it's also an awesome testimony to how we as Christians should treat each other. I digress. The album bangs from beginning to end, and the whole thing can be blasted from my custom car stereo setup. I haven't taken the time to decipher all the lyrics yet, but the ones I have are on point so far. I have since gone back and purchased all of HTD's other albums and am excited that my brothers in Christ from HTD are "on the team" now in regards to my Christian music collection/ministry. I'm officially asleep no more on HTD. God bless. Matthew 7:12

It was a long hiatus from one of the strongest hardcore rock band of the mid 2000's. Great return with all members involved with some great guitar riffs and drum backup.

Christian Rock. Is kind of like Christian cupcakes. If you're a Christian and you like cupcakes, then you'll like Christian cupcakes. Think about it...

Parts of this album are good; parts are bad; parts are confusing. HTD seems to thrive on transitions and style changes. Depending on your favorite HTD 'mood' (early years, mid life crisis or aged but young at heart) you may like different parts of this album but I'm not sure any fan will like all of it.

Great release by these guys. If you like any of their other CD's you will like this one. Especially the song Accept, written by the original lineup.
