    We were so frustrated with trying to connect our TV to our wi-fi. Geek Squad to the rescue!!!! Worth every penny to get our system working and the Geek Squad guy answered all of our questions. We are very satisfied with the service and highly recommend it.

    I have a lot of components, consoles, and smart home electronics, most everything was set up right, I do suggest taking pictures of how everything is set up for reference in case something fails to work after things are unhooked and reconnected. It is also a good idea (if you are doing a number of these services) to get the Total Tech Support package, it pays for itself really quickly in what you save.
