After receiving the laptop, I felt happy as the aesthetics were good. No or minor dent or scratches which was not visible too ( I understand these are refurbished ones so I was fine with it). After configuring the laptop few hours later I found out that battery does not hold more than 1 hour charge and after a day, battery is not charging too, means I have to spend another $70 to buy a new battery. So the total cost for this laptop would & 323 (taxes included) plus $70, so I spending more than $400 for this model. I can get better deal at this price. Secondly, number and letter stickers (glossy one) were pasted on keyboard (seems original letter's erased) but better quality of stickers should have been used. Rest the performance of the laptop is good. Unfortunately I have to return this laptop now.

A refurbished laptop at a reasonable price with decent specs, suits my needs.

Better than I expected. Was looking for a 12 inch laptop with a SSD drive that was fast. Met my expectation, Fast startup and great battery life. Definitely pleased.

Laptop came with windows 7 pro which I upgraded to windows ten. I added 4 gigs of RAM Andy run perfect. Great thing about this refurbished laptop is that it came a clean windows 7 build. No HP bloat ware... clean and simple! It boots super fast, runs great.

This product has a life of 1-2 hours when not plugged in. This is not a satisfactory battery life for a laptop. The battery makes buzzing noises when plugged into the wall, and I am extremely upset about this. Additionally, I can't find anyone to talk to on your website that can help me with these issues. Very unimpressed with your customer service
