Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You get what you pay for. The quality of this casserole/ Dutch oven is excellent. I have had this for about a month and have cooked bread, soup,pot roast and cakes in it. Cooks evenly with less heat. I'm now looking at a bigger oval casserole for larger pieces of meat. Super easy cleanup with the cream colored interior enameled surface. I am completely happy with this purchase so I will be buying another la cuisine. My daughter and I was talking about how this would be a great wedding present due to the fact that it would last a lifetime.
