    I bought this because my increased time on video conferencing and i feel i bought the right one. There are several mic settings, an additional mute, headphone jack and gain. The based is nice and heavy to help with mic position and its comes with a popping filter. Works great with the multi-directional mic setting and sounds amazing. I am very happy with it. The box it came in was huge :) I use it both on my windows machine and MAc, neither needing additional software to work. Doesn't need a power source and gets its power from the USB connection.
