This was bought refurbished and was in great shape, as good as new. Great price. Strong points: camera and video are really nice. The phone is really nice and I like the moto features. I've had two moto's before and each were great phones. Unfortunately the few features that didn't work on this model are important ones. The phone would not send and receive MMS messages, so no pictures via text messaging app. The same issue with group texts...this was a major problem since both work and family groups use group texts to send important messages. I tried multiple settings and solutions and could not get this to work well. Some of the reviews I read said it was not compatible with my phone service, but I have had many phones including motos with the same provider for years without any problems. So I had to purchase a different phone after a few months.

Great phone with one glaring issue. The screen scratches incredibly easily. I had it less than a week and it accumulated three scratches from careful use, one of which can the full length of the phone. Seriously do not attempt to use this without a screen protector, even if you think you're not going to let it get scratched. Don't even know how they got there.

Excellent phone. Fast and awesome display. Refursished phone arrived looking like brand new. Highly recommend!!

Received phone today, set it up, and voila no sound via the speaker on any of the apps and phone calls. I know it works because you can hear over headphones. Searched all the Youtube vids, talked to Motorola rep, TracFone reps. and did a Factory Reset - all without success :( Returning it to the local store tomorrow. If they can make it work they will return with an update. Otherwise, destined for exchange/return or just punting.

Big upgrade from a low level phone. Premium feel and features for a low price. Love the look too.

Good phone, but didn't have the features I wanted.

I got this to be my Dad's first smart phone, for the long lasting battery. It certainly does that job fine. Doesn't need to be extraordinary in most other ways, but he likes the screen for YouTube.

Received phone with out SIM card tray. At Greek Squad, expected better quality control. Phone is turning on, cosmetically look excellent. Returned and reordered. Expecting "complete" phone.

This phone has blown my expectations outta the water....Ima mobile gamer and the battery life is still at the least 2 days....Its insane!! love it

Certified Geek Squad refurb phone did not work. After turning the phone on, it would start up and then immediately shut down. I tried to charge it, it showed being at 76%, but stated phone would begin to charge after it cooled down. Phone was in my air conditioned home for several days. Made several attempts to charge and turn phone on with out success. It did the same for clerk at Best Buy where I returned the phone. I am glad that I was able to return it.

I bought the refurbished Moto G7 Power phone and it works as advertised. Great battery life and solid performer.

I really love this phone. The face unlock feature is great, and I unlock the phone with it more than with the fingerprint sensor. It has all the bells and whistles I like in a phone. The only things it doesn't have that I wish it had are NFC, which I don't consider a deal-breaker because I've had another phone that had it and I never used it, but might need it at some point in the future; and a notification LED, which the same other phone had as well. The Moto Display that lights the screen up briefly and shows a notification when it first comes in is not a very efficient process. My previous phone had it as well, and it was just as frustrating. It lights the screen up repeatedly when I'm walking around or even when I'm, sitting down and it detects my hand moving nearby. I had to disable it to keep it from constantly lighting up and going dark almost constantly.

Why spend a lot on a phone, this phone does it all.

I've had my phone for less than a year and shortly after buying it, I had to have the port repaired. But it was free and fast. Now the screen is cracked and it will cost $165 to have it repaired, which is almost as much as I paid for it. The battery is great and the phone is good, but...this is VERY disappointing.

Bought this for my daughter. When she tries to talk to people on the phone, they can't hear her unless she wears headphones. Waste of money.
