4 months later and I absolutely don't regret it!

Honest review: I absolutely love the Nanit! It gives us the temperature for the room, white noise sounds, two way audio, night vision, a band to sense their breathing, and an app to track this all and their development. I’ve had the camera for 4 months and it’s honestly the most crucial thing to your nursery, of course besides the crib itself. Yes, it's pricey but you don't get these features with the cheaper brands. Hence the reason why I got it. I always need the best for my baby! Definitely helped with my anxiety as a first time mom. Before the camera, I couldn't even sleep making sure he was okay throughout the night, but Nanit has an alert feature that will sound loudly if they don't sense the baby is breathing with the band. Honestly a life saver! I will use it for my next baby and the one after that one too! Only thing is I wish I had originally got the floor stand because I don't want to drill into my wall, should have thought of that but nothing a little DIY Hack can't fix lol! If it works it works (mom life in one sentence). Get it, you won’t regret it!

    Great Baby Monitor

We’re just a couple weeks in with the Nanit but love it so far. I particularly like that my husband and I can view it from our phone and can turn the audio on even when the app is closed. The installation took a little bit of time but was very straight forward. They even include a measuring tape for you. The reasons I don’t give it 4 stars are 1. Because there are 4 sound options and we feel like the “white noise” is the only one that’s smooth enough to use. The others have sort of erratic noises which wake our son up. 2. One of the things I appreciated about the Nanit is the temperature but I wish you could see the historical temp data because I know the temp is good when we put him down but I worry it gets cold in the night and there doesn’t seem to be a way of viewing that because the past videos of motion don’t display the temp.

Nani pro is a great camera for parents that want to look at the baby while on the crib or while away from home! Camera will give you a lot of information such as room temperature, humidity, baby’s measurements and his breathing. I highly recommend if you wanna to keep track of your baby’s measurements and to always look at your baby on a high quality camera.

I love the Nanit camera and their entire system. Easy to install with step-by-step instructions. They even give you a a measuring tape. The breathing and sleep are cozy and easy to wash. I would recommend/purchase this item for anyone I know when they are having a baby.

I do really love this baby monitor. I can check in on the kiddos even when I have a baby sitter and am out which gives me such peace of mind. I also love the clarity of the feed and the sound and light options. The only thing I wish it did was move the view. It doesn’t quite catch the whole room so when my kiddos wakes up and starts playing in the corner of the room I can’t see them. Also, not crazy about the annual membership costs. It seems like everything has a membership cost these days…

Look no further!! Nanit is by far the BEST baby monitor on the market….others can’t compete. It’s a bit pricey BUT there’s a reason for that….you get what you pay for. We love the Nanit so much we bought another one for our second child. Also, it grows with your kids so money well spent. Once they’re out of the crib you can set it up on the table stand in their playroom or anywhere. We will be a Nanit family for years to come!!!

I love the whole Nanit setup! Mounting it on the wall was easy and connecting it to my phone was no trouble. Rather than looking over on a camera monitor I just use my phone and check on baby so simple.

Love the camera and features. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is having to pay a subscription to have some of the more premium features.

This product is easy to setup and gives parents peace of kind when it comes to montitoring their newborns. Nanit monitors motion, sound, temperature, and even tracks habits (with a subscription). You can watch from your smart phone or even Amazon Echo Show. It’s definitely the best system on the market currently.

The baby monitoring is awesome! The app where multiple users can log in to is awesome! The video is clear. The motion detector future is awesome. I love that it predicts when the baby is sleeping or if the baby has been active. I would recommend this baby monitor to all of friends and family.

    Take it From an Aunt

I initially thought this would be a complete waste of money. Who needs to know if their kid moves an inch or two, right? WRONG. I'm an aunt so I cannot attest to daily use, but now that I've purchased a few of these as gifts & seen them in action, I'm a fan. This will be helpful for my sis-in-law who is welcoming her second baby in 13 months and works from home. The 1 year old can easily chill in the pack-n-play while she has the Nanit on baby #2 in another room.

After years of struggling with the Owlet cam, we finally did our research and switched to the Nanit. It’s a night and day difference. It doesn’t constantly disconnect. The camera quality is great. It stays online and connected as long as you want.

I purchased this based on reviews I've seen online highlighting its accessability, alertness, and mobile device connectivity. What I got was a camera that disconnects, powers off, and is constantly buffering while receiving data from the cloud. In short; it stinks. Scrubbing historical videos is a pain. Half the time the alerts don't trigger for my baby waking up, or even crying. What made me really despise the thing was the constant disconnection from wifi, requiring a full system power down just to get it reconnected. I have had multiple occassions where the thing would just power off and not power back on for days until it randomly decided to get right again. Support has a bad habit of blaming the customer. Is it a bad power brick? No its the one provided by the manufacturer. Is the Camera seated properly?? 100%, its locked in snug as a bug. "Its your home wifi network". No, as I have updated my network to specifically support the device, including an access point within feet of the thing to make sure I have permanent uptime. I can't fathom having a baby monitor that has this many problems. Truly a disappointment

The camera is super high quality and being accessible via an app makes it super convenient to monitor from everywhere. I recommend buying a separate tablet or using an old phone as a designated monitor as an alternative to monitoring directly on your phone.
