This light strip has been a problem since i got it. Mfg was of no help. It works for a few days then color will change to blue or green. No other colors work. Resets do not work. I have had to delete the device and te-connect it at least weekly. Can no longer even reset it. Phillips is the way to go. Have had no problems with their products.

I am generally a pretty tech savvy person and I am having a super hard time connecting this to HomeKit. I first set up via Nanoleadf app which after learning this is not the correct way to do it. I factory reset it and tried doing this directly via the "Home" app and it will not do it. The Matter QR code is supposed to work but it just spins the wheels and then times out. Continued with troubleshooting videos from Nanoleaf and still nothing....I cannot manually pair it with a setup code because there is not one available on the welcome guide, power box, or controller like they continue to say there is. Any suggestions?

I bought this because it was matter compatible and could integrate with different smart products. I can connect this to the Nanoleaf app but it will not connect to ANYTHING using it's master comparability. So it's almost completely useless. It will not function the way I intended when I bought a matter compatible device.

I invested hundreds into Nanoleaf and have been left endlessly frustrated by completely random disconnections plaguing my entire system. Regular resets of the products is the halmark of this brand sadly. Just buy Hue. Yea its expensive but its so, so much more reliable.
