I own a fair amount of Lifx Smart Bulbs and I love them, when Nanoleaf released the Light Panels I fell in love with them. I was a little hesitant at first to spend that much money on them since they were a new product but I was not let down! Very easy to setup, it includes the 3M command strips to mount to the wall, comes with very easy instructions and everything just works. I have these mounted in my bedroom and use them al the time for ambiance. The App is super easy to use as well, giving you the option to download scenes or create your own. The only drawback with these are the price but if you look at what you're getting it's a pretty good deal!

It’s difficult and annoying to set up and the results are not worth the effort. Id recommend just getting some strips or bulbs instead.

It broke within a month of having them. They don’t stay on the wall and fall off, breaking them.

I’d tried to setup the lights and it didn’t work for me, kept saying outta range when I was next to it

Put them on my wall and tried to adjust them and they ripped two holes.

I’ve followed this product for the last year and have been skeptical with finally pulling the trigger on the purchase. Well I finally did it and all I can say is WOW. I was worried they wouldn’t be bright enough and they literally fill the whole room with light that is so vibrant. They Rhythm module is a must have and reacts great to all sounds. It has so many different scenes that you will never run out of a mood to have for the house and if for some wild chance you do you have the option to create your own and share with other Nanoleaf users. I HIGHLY recommend this product. It will not disappoint.

Easy to set up, beautiful color combos and transition options, can adjust the brightness easily and have it set on a recurring timer! The only downside is the app only allows it to be connected to 1 user (basically my bf downloaded the app first so he can adjust and play with it but I can only turn it on and off.... Hopefully that changes with future updates)

I've had this product for over a year now. I love the lights, and they work fine. My problem has been with the App's connection to smart home services like Alexa, Google Home & IFTTT. About once a week, I will lose all connectivity with these (I.e. I cannot control them through my smart home), however their internal app will still work to control them. It's not an issue with my network, or Alexa/Google/IFTTT as my Phillips hue & TP-Link lights all continue to work flawlessly. I've reached out to support numerous times, I usually receive a response such as "Oh, our servers were down but we fixed it and you shouldn't have any issues". Great, they fixed it now, until it doesn't work yet again a week later. I've asked for more detail regarding permanent solutions, or how frequently I should expect this problem, and never received a response. In fact, I email support everytime I have an issue using my smart home and no longer even receive a response. They don't want to hear from customers having issues or attempt to fix after they've taken your money. Bottom line is that this is a nice product, crippled by their app and support. Do not buy unless you are OK with it randomly not working with your smart home. Stick to Phillips Hue or other light providers who can run a server year in year out without issues.

These have got to be the coolest light panels. The best thing about them is the connection between the panels. Unlike other panels these connect simply by inserting a strip (looks like a long SIM card) in between two panels to connect the two. Much better than connecting wires. The audio module is also very responsive and accurately picks up beats. Another cool aspect is the community driven effects that can be downloaded to the lights. The app is also very well designed and easy to use. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who is thinking of getting smart light panels.

Very bright, amazingly smooth lighting and tons and tons of options! The reaction to music could use a little work - seems to be limited to just a few animations and really none of the traditional ones, mostly just colors jumping around or sliding from one side to the other to sound but it looks fantastic. the price comes to about $20 a panel, which for the quality of the lighting is totally worth it!

I love these lights and they were easily installed onto my wall!

So i bought these last night at about 8 o clock putting them on the wall simple, use the double sided sticky tape and done. If you are not attempting to customize it and want to set it up to just start lighting up randomly or light up on sound then you can be done there and call it a day but if you are like me and want to customize it and have it do different things then be ready for a battle. This thing only picks up 2.5Ghz modems which some modems still have but most new ones now have 5Ghz you have to be connected to the 2.5 Ghz to even begin to set it up. Another thing is if you have printers that send out wifi signal this thing will grab onto that quickly as it tracks down any wifi signal it can latch to. I took me 6 Hard resets to get it to sync with mine. As for other programs it can be integrated with that it adversitises it does not work. Razer Synapse 3 or cool masters x both would not find nor recognize the device. So after having attempted other programs that failed or did not really meet the expectations from what i been seeing online or reading about it is 1 in the morning playing with this thing and it makes for an interesting wall nightlight or disco room lights.

The panels look great, but the app does not work well, especially the setup process. It's just painful to go through the setup process. Even after I set it up, it says "unreachable" constantly.

They look nice, but I am unable to get the software running and this is a common problem. I've tried different phones and have reset my base ( over and over and over) and still can't get them to connect. So all i can do with them is run the default light settings... very disappointing. I have multiple sonos speakers, phillips hue lighting, and more and this is the only "smart" home item I can't get to connect with the rest of the house. I would return it but it's already on my wall. Won't be buying anymore and will be telling others to avoid as well.

very nice product for the room or next to study table or bedroom

The light panels look great and the hardware is wonderful. The software, however, is extraordinarily bad. I have gone through hours of troubleshooting (including soft and hard resets of the device, trying to set it up from multiple devices on different firmware versions, resetting my router to factory settings, and eventually even flashing my router with DD-WRT in attempt to fix the issue), all to no avail. The software is nothing short of a train wreck and it’s a real shame. Ruins what would otherwise be an excellent product.
