Napoleon Dynamite struck me as one of those movies that would be in the theater for a weekend and then gone. However, while it didn't do incredible business at the box-office, it did just enough to get people talking, which in turn ended up making it one of the biggest dvd hit releases of the year when it arrived to home video. Odd and strange, yet lighthearted, this is a recommended film.

Napoleon Dynamite is a very funny movie that will have you in stitches the entire movie. I liked that the disc included the fullscreen version on one side and the widescreen version on the other side. It also includes some hilarious deleted scenes.

I know a lot of people hate this movie because they say that nothing ever happens. Well, it's true. Nothing of great significance actually does happen, but that doesn't mean its not extremely funny. I didn't even think it was that great the first time I saw it, but once I watched it again and just listened to everything that they said, this movie was one of the funniest I've seen.

It seems like Napoleon Dynamite is one of those "love it or hate it" movies. There's a subtle humor here that some people won't appreciate, but I thought the movie was hilarious. It's already on its way to becoming a cult classic, especially with college age young adults. The movie is FULL of quotable lines which are already working their way into pop culture.

Although I have to admit, I was scratching my head wondering what I just watched the first time thru. However, after 20 plays it still gets better every time. Favorite quote from the movie "Your mom goes to college..."

This is one of the greatest movies I had ever seen, yes its stupid humor, yes it makes no sense, and yes it is hard to grasp, but yes it is a very funny and senseless movie. This movie is for those that are open minded, and like to laugh.

The thing about this movie is that it take place in the middle of no where and it is about nothing. Most people think this movie is stupid, and it is, but that's what makes it funny! Very Funny Movie!

This is a very funny movie. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in goofy, high-school comedies.

not funny at all, i watched the entire movie without laughing once, don't watch/buy it. instead try austin powers, its a great trilogy.

Worst movie ever. I realize it was supposed to be stupid and I love stupid movies but this was so bad I cant believe it.
