Great to be able to binge this first season via DVD. Great plot and character building in season 1. Bravo Narcos.

from the fist episode I was super into this show,GREAT!

“Narcos: Season One” follows the true story of the rise of the 1980s international cocaine cartels and the battle waged by law enforcement to stop them. At the center of the conflict are the notorious Colombian drug kingpin Pablo Escobar (Wagner Moura) and the two DEA agents sent to take him down: Steve Murphy (Boyd Holbrook) and Javier Pena (Pedro Pascal).

One of the very best shows. Shows the rise of Pablo Escobar and the DEA agents assigned to bring him down. Very realistic and picture has a film like quality, does not look like TV production. Only bad thing is that there will only be two seasons of this show. Very addictive.

Great SS1 ! Great story on Pablo Escobar! Fantastic programming on so many different Latin-American Actors ! Wow , what smart idea in making a TV series in Spanish and a little English!

This series does justice to the story of Columbia and Pablo Escobar. Wonderful direction and documentary-style cut-aways explain the real-life history of the man, and it makes for a truly surreal experience that's worth checking out for anyone interested in recent history.

This was a total impulse purchase, but the show turned out to be one of the best I have ever seen. I remember some of the events on TV news as they happened, but this show fills the details what happened behind the headlines in Columbia. The actor for Escobar is great!

I've been looking forward to seeing this since I'd heard about it and it didn't disappoint. I liked the way they used both English and Spanish, this gave the series a feel of authenticity. Can't wait for season two.

Narcos does a great job of introducing us to the figure of Pablo Escobar... magical realism was born in Colombia: there is no other way to tell this story without having people wonder what's real and what isn't.

I was not all that familiar with the storyline and Pablo Escobar in general. Very well acted and some great shots on location. Great season 1 and I will be catching up with season now showing on Netflix.

A great cast, compelling drama, a good story and a bit of history. Bluray quality is superb. The dialog is both english and spanish which is neat for anyone trying to expand their spanish skills.

Years ago I read the book "Killing Pablo" and always wanted to see Pablo Escobar story made into a movie. I was very happy to see it turned into a series. Really worth watching.

Don't have Netflix... Heard that it was worth seeing! And I'm glad I listened! Had me on the edge of my seat every single episode! So good I watched it again after I finished!

Narcos is a great show. I saw it on Netflix first so I knew it was good, but I bought it as a gift for my dad. With rewards cert. and gift card deal, I basically got it free.

One of the best new tv series out there. If you love moive or tv show about drug kingpin or empire. It dont get no better then this one. base on the life of pablo escabar.

So two of my fellow teachers were talking in the copy room about NARCOS Season 2. Next time I went to BEST BUY I got Season 1 and am I glad I did........OUTSTANDING!

I did not have much knowledge of this time in history. I found the acting great as well as the locations and music. I am looking forward to season 2 on blu.

I watched this on Netflix and still bought it on Blu-ray, it's really interesting to see the story told of one of the most infamous traffickers of all time

I purchased this series for my husband. He has watched the entire thing and says it's one of the best TV series he has seen in a long time.
