Bought this as a long Naruto Shippuden fan. The back story of Kakashi in the anbu ops is a great filler episodes but I really enjoyed them.

I really enjoy this Naruto anime story. It is full of action and has a great story line.

This latest volume of Naruto Shippuden is dedicated to Naruto's team leader Kakashi, more specifically his early days as a member of Konoha's ANBU Black Ops squad. There, he faces all sorts of problems, including dealing with a certain Wood Style jutsu user (who would later be known to series watchers as Yamato) and the ever-dangerous Uchiha Itachi, as well as his own personal issues and competition from the secret society known as the Foundation and its leader, Danzo. While it might seem a waste of time in some respects, the episodes go by quickly enough, and they do shed some light on Kakashi's motivations toward taking on Naruto and his teammates as his subordinates. Lots more is also revealed concerning Itachi, and there is of course the promise of more revelations as the Fourth Ninja War continues. Worth a look, at least one time.

These episodes are centered around Kakashi Hatake, the copycat ninja, but then again, that should be kind of obvious since he's on the cover of the box. Lol. ...This box set is a more in-depth story about who he is, and the things he had to overcome. I feel that these episodes were necessary, in order to get a sense of the upcoming events. ...Awesome box set.

As I continue to add to my Naruto: Shippuden collection, I am lever left disappointed. In this set we are faced with a division in the Leaf Village and a haunting of one of our most iconic characters, Kakashi. I'm excited what more the series will offer.

Sometimes the Filler episodes in anime are horrible, that's not the case with these. Not only are they good, but they flesh out important parts of the series. Kakashi and Itachi fans especially will want these episodes.

For every collector this is a great addition, it does go a little bit slow, but it gives you flashbacks on KAKASHI AND ITACHI as anbu, and show you how ITACHI GOT HIS MANGEKYO SHARINGAN!

Huge fan of Kakashi and loved this arc about him! Story about when he was a kid through adult and the tragedies he faced and overcame. Must get for any Kakashi fan.

first time ever I seen a set go on sale for Naruto series :D its a steal hopefully everyone had a chance to buy it before it went back up to its original price.

In set 27 it started to work into Kakashi's past a bit. Now this one has all the meat and potatoes. Amazing set. One of the best of the 4th great ninja war.

Loved the anime hard to get at times but not at Best Buy. Why I love to upgrade my movie collections. Good prices makes me keep buying more at BBY

Great anime. You can always watch from somewhere else and then decide if you want to buy. I like to own the ones I enjoy.

If you've seen the previous episodes, expect pretty much more of the same here. Respectable video quality for dvd, looks even better if played on a bluray player. Some minor jaggies and speed lines, but nothing too offensive. Buy it, believe it and enjoy some more ninja excitement with Naruto and friends!

This really is a fun game to play I'm glad I bought it I haven't had much time to use it much lately but can't wait till I do

It basically covered Kakashi's exploits in the Anbu black ops. It also allowed you to see Minato become Homage.

If you read the manga and watched the tv show you kind of got an idea of his history. This set goes on depth.

This was a great addition to the naruto franchise a wonderful backstory on kakashi coming up in the ranks

I bought this set for my son, who is obsessed with anything Naruto! It was a great hit!
