Oh boy! This box set surprised me with its story, characters, action, and animation. Note: you have to watch the previous box sets in order to understand the events that transpire. The events in these episodes feel like everything is on the line. There are explosions that reminded me of dragon ball z. Also, the back story on two characters is revealed and it was so awesome. I cannot wait for box set 30

I have no idea what this dvd set is about bought it for my girlfriend.

With The Fourth Shinobi War underway, Naruto and The Allied Shinobi forces square of against Madara's forces. This part of season 7 is where the battle takes off. With Team 7 reunited will the tides of battle change?

After taking an entire volume out for Kakashi's backstory, it's time to get back to the action of the Fourth Ninja War. Sasuke has Orochimaru revive the four previous Lords Hokage to get answers to questions he has, prompting the First Hokage, Hashirama, to recount his initial meeting with Uchiha Madara when they were younger. After getting his answers, Sasuke decides to head to the battlefield to oppose Madara's schemes, with the revived Hokage in tow, and the results are explosive in their own right. With their help, the tide of battle turns once more in the Allied Forces' favor, but for how long? Catch this volume of Naruto Shippuden to witness every twist and turn as the war rockets onward.

This review will be a little bias. I love the Naruto series and would watch them all over again and again. Enjoy almost every single episode.

Really enjoyable set of the naruto shippuden series, very little filler episodes, lots of action. Its about time to get back to the canon.

Great anime. You can always watch from somewhere else and then decide if you want to buy. I like to own the ones I enjoy.
