I remember when these movies first came out! Wonderful when a film is made that has a great story, intriguing characters, and nothing questionable in it so as to prevent the whole family from enjoying it.

NIcolas Cage stars yet again on a quest to find a well hidden treasure and clear his family name in the process. He and his father soon discover that their family name is tied to the assassination of former President Abraham Lincoln. While attending a history lecture on John Wilkes Booth, it appears their last name is part of history, one in which they do not want to be. Benjamin and his team involved must now search for the long lost City of Gold hidden away in South Dakota, most notably in Mount Rushmore. Along the way is a man and his team that want the treasure also and had the actual missing page from Mr. Wilkes diary to validate his family claim on the quest. I thought the movie was great, not as good as the first one, but pretty good overall. The cast of the first movie comes back and does a great job. The movie looks and sounds great on the 4K TV and player. Menus are great and easy selections. I do recommend this one. Find a good deal.

Nicolas Cage stars as Benjamin Franklin gates in the second installment of national treasure book of secrets. also returning are Diane Kruger who I still say is probably one of the hottest women on the planet as Abigail Chase. Harvey Keitel as agent sadusky. Appearing as the president is Robert greenwood. In this installment the gates family history is at question.according to other people. Benjamin Franklin Gates great-great-grandfather took part in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. thanks the Riley pool who does his research they have to find the president's secret book which is only seen by presidents.and that secret book written by presidents for presidents is a secret that nobody but all presidents see. The secret of Abraham's assassination is also in there and any conspirators that might have taken part in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. Gates has to kidnap the president and find out where the secret book is located to clear his family name.if you like the first national treasure national treasure 2 book of secrets is definitely a must-have.

This was a great follow-up to National Treasure 1 BUT it would be better including Digital Copy for Movies Anywhee / iTunes.

good movie. i think the first one is better but the sequel is entertaining as well

How many know there are more than one real Statue of Liberty? The President's desk in the Oval Office was given to us by a foreign power we were once at war with & there are also more than one of these too. Many more true historical tidbits given here in this great movie. The Book of Secrets is also real but this was Hollywoodized some of course. Another great film. Waiting for third in series.

I think that "National Treasure: Book of Secrets" was once again one of the greatest Disney films of all-time and it was also one of my favorite Disney films of all-time and was also a creative and original sequel to "National Treasure". I have seen and enjoyed this film several times and I also think that "National Treasure: Book of Secrets" had a lot of entertaining and enjoyable action, mystery, suspense and drama and a really great and amazing cast and personal storylines as well.

Nicolas Cage does a great job as the lead, Diane Kruger (minus the blond hair), so much reminds me of my dead wife of 66 years, does a fantastic job. The supporting cast couldn't do a better job. If I were making the movie the cutting room would be left out in the cold. What I'm saying why employee a fantastic director, screen writers, and the rest if the cutting room has so much to do with what we see on the screen. Great movie and I hope there will be more with the same crew!

A Hidden Room at Mount Rushmore? Conspiracy theory? Black-mailed into redeeming the family name? Couldn't happen!!! Another adventure for the Gates family and friends. Better in bluray than plain old DVD.

Great movies. The 2nd movies is great actions. You got to know what is the book of secret. Also you know more about America history. More actions and more dramatic.. I am highly recommend

This is a older movie that I had previously seen, but my wife had not and I was delighted when I was able to purchase it from BestBuy at a good price so my wife and I can watch it anytime we want.

Excellent picture quality and special features. Cage's performance is top notch and the special blu-ray features from Disney were very informative.

I love all of the National Treasure movies! I recently showed this movie to my young nephew and he loved it too! If you like treasure hunt movies, this is for you. You wont be disappointed.

It's an extremely well researched movie with a nice twist on American history. Looks great on Blu-ray. A must own if you enjoyed the 1st national treasure.

Such a fun movie. It is neat how they integrate actual history into the story.

I will enjoy this product. The movie was very affordable. The staff was very helpful, especially the one who help me. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of before I left the store.
