Considering how easily the iPhone's aluminum back casings scratch, this is a good way to protect from that occurring. It's thin and minimalist, and for the price it's a good "second skin" that is just a tad more durable than something you might be able to buy from Dbrand. However, you get this with no illusions that it'll actually protect against falls - there's no lip that rises above the screen so you know if your phone falls to the ground it'll shatter without question. You will still need a tempered glass screen protector with this. After having this case for about a year, I've noticed the edges of it starting to fringe, which really interrupts the smooth contours of the way it's supposed to run into the black surface of the screen, and that is a little bit annoying, but for what it does - a nearly invisible way to protect the aluminum from scratches - it does its job really, really well. Would buy again for an iPhone X.

Case is very stylish, but provides only scratch protection at best. Very thin and the corners could fold over easy, so care must be taken when installing. If you want a little more protection, but no bulk, this is the case for you!

Been looking for a thin sleek case for my iPhone that doesn't hide the beauty of the phone itself. This one from Native Union does the trick. It adds very little weight and it makes the phone easier to grip. Mind you it won't offer the same level of protection as say an otter box but if you are good about taking care of your devices then that shouldn't be an issue.

If you keep your phone in your pocket, this will prevent scratches but that is all it will do, it is not really a case, just a sheath. But if that is what you are looking for it is very nice. Great matte, smooth feel to it and looks nice too. Not much protection for the phone, just protects against scratches.

I've seen and experienced a few other thin covers, and this doesn't stand anywhere close. The quality is too light, and the cover already had a few scratches when I opened the packing - this was definitely not expected. Also, the cover is a little tight and its takes a while to be able to figure out a way to load the same without damaging the cover.

The case is most definitely thin, but shows imperfections in the case if not installed perfectly around the power and volume switches. That said, I kept it because of the thinness. The tactile feel helps with slippage and feels nice in the hand.

The case is very thin which is nice, but it doesn't provide much protection.

It's just like a second skin, very thin and light. But comes with the downside of being fragile. Shows discoloration from having to flex it when you insert phone. Found it on clearance for $6, for that price it was good buy.

Thin case that will offer zero impact protection but shows off your phone's thin profile which is what I wanted.

I used the case for my new phone and of course I dropped my phone. This case cracked. Not good. But at least it protected my phone

I like this case because it lets the rose gold color of my iPhone show through, but still provides a bit of protection. Note that this is NOT a heavy-duty amount of protection! But I am quite easy on my phone, and so do not need much. Take care when putting it on the bottom area, as it is somewhat easy to "fold" one of the bottom edges under.

Nice slim case. It protects your phone from scratches and dings without adding bulk to it. Also doesn't interfere with the screen as some cases can that come up too high on the sides of the phone. Great for everyday use if you aren't too hard on your phones!!

Very nice, slim case, textured back helps from slipping. not sure if it'll protect my phone from drop. keeps my phone slim.

I bought this phone case and was very disappointed. It is very cheaply made and i don't think it would provide any protection at all. I would not recommend it at all. I literally went out and bought a different one the following day. I wish I could give this product negative stars!!!

This case will not protect your phone, but it will help if you struggle with your phone sliding of your hand.

For $25 this piece of garbage is not worth it. It would provide no protection and when I tried to put my phone in it the case showed, for lack of better terms, stretch marks that make the case pointless.

If you're looking for decent protection then I wouldn't recommend this as it is pretty thin. For sole scratches it would be okay but I think many need more than just scratch protection.

I love this case. It is light and thin and makes holding my phone a breeze.
