Unfortunately, while traveling, the button that secures the pencil broke off, leaving the folio unable to safely hold the pencil. It’s technically usable, but it no longer does the one thing I needed it for. When I reached out to Best Buy, they simply redirected me to the manufacturer’s support. Disappointing product quality. If keeping your Apple Pencil secure is important to you, I’d look for a different folio.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing cover ,it has fabric luxurious feel and it hold iPad incredible]y well with a snug fit.It looks like a an expensive notepad/diary when closed and disguises the iPad well.The cable to wrap the apple pen gives me peace of mind It will not detach from iPad while in my bag or moving around…This cover is better than the apple iPad keyboard folio I bought for quadruple the price.

However, the inner backside is attracting dust. I cannot use the folio case fully folded to backside due the big black pin.

It's very thin and minimalistic. The little clip fastener to keep the folio closed gives it a retro look. That same fastener does protrude a little more than I would like, causing issues when sliding into the backpack, still like it though.

Amazon sells things similar and cheaper but like the age old tale.... You get what you pay for. They did not hold up any where near one.
