Zapper doesn't work

Zapper is not working. Don't see bugs stuck on it or on the ground. Light is also very faint. On the plus side, switch to the regular light and it lasts overnight.

Purchased two and returned them. The lights were not very bright and didn’t work. Gave them three days of full sunshine and never charged. They also feel very flimsy.
