Really liked the story mode, very realistic game play..

I'm already a huge basketball fan, so I'm biased. But this is probably the best basketball game ever made. Two small negatives I have to point out. 1- nba 2k seems to lose a couple of legends every year due to contractual disagreements and 2- my name wasn't on the list at the best buy i pre-ordered the game from. Luckily I had my receipt.

Even though the game still has its flaws, 2k manages to improve upon their games every year. 2k honestly has no real competition since NBA Live is garbage. If you're looking for a basketball game then you're pretty much forced to buy 2k games unless you truly want an inferior game in the Live series.

Great game. The new MyCareer mode has improved so much over last year, it's incredible. The face scanning is also better this year, and you can actually do it from your phone on the My NBA 2K app. The only downside of the game for me is that over the past few years they have heavily been pushing VC and making it harder to progress naturally/gain VC naturally in the game - you still can do everything without it, it's just annoying when a t-shirt for MyPlayer to wear costs a few games salary of VC.

NBA 2K17 has the usual offerings as you expect. The Prelude got me super interested in the career mode, and that's saying a lot, I usually just stick with GM mode and work with my team, not a single guy.But this mode is going to be a blast trying to get my player into the NBA.

The gameplay has improved, 2k seems to be flushing out more content for different MyTeam promos. Something like MUT, if you're familiar with madden. So far, money well spent. Loads of gameplay time. Online play isn't as reliable as It can be but it works for the most part.

It seems silly to not give five star rating to the best basketball game of all time, but that's just what I'm doing. If you are a basketball or sports fan, this is a must-buy, but that being said, it has problems. The overall presentation of the game is incredible, but not quite as seamless as NFL 2K, which is the new benchmark for video sports. This game has great gameplay, just like NFL, and absolutely unbelievable graphics.

The gameplay is very smooth. I purchased this game for the Myplayer mode and I must admit that its very time consuming. The other NBA players movement seem so realistic!!! This is a must buy if you enjoy the NBA and console gaming.

Every year this game just gets better and better the gameplay is smooth and the level of detail in every player to the arenas are incredible. My career is my favorite I just can't put this game down 6 out of 5 stars.

This is the best sports game out there, has one of the best gameplay and the commentary is even better than last years. Myplayer has stepped it up from last years. Every aspect as been improved and is fun.

Great gameplay, great graphics, & DEFINITELY GREAT SOUNDTRACK (2K BEATS IS ON POINT THIS YEAR). 100,000 VC gave MyPlayer a quick 83 Overall to start my rookie year in the NBA. Worth every penny!!!

Love the 2K series. I have everyone edition of this game since 2K1, and this has to be the best one thus far. Love the interface and the game play. It is a must have if you are an NBA fan.

NBA 2K17 offers a more traditional story than the previous iteration's My Career Mode. For most, this will be a welcomed change. I'm sure others will miss the Spike Lee's wild ride though.

I pre-order this at bestbuy store in Longmont. It arrives exactly as advertise. No hussle, associates at bestbuy always approachable, helpful and very nice. Kudos to the staff in Longmont.
