I really like the gameplay and graphics but the controls are a little tough to master. I think it will get easier as I play more. Recommend!

Fun game if you like basketball or sports in general. Perfect game to teach young kids good basketball technique from their favorite players. You can play one on one, two on two, and normal games. Will need a memory card.

First off amazing game play and graphic for a Nintendo switch basketball game. Good start for Nintendo to compete with the ps vita knowing the ps vita failed at it start.

I couldn't be happier with this game. I don't play online against others, but I've read some people complain about the Pay to Win problems with that as well as the connectivity issues. I'm old school and I only play season mode. 2K did a great job at this port to the Switch for that feature. The graphics are great in my opinion for the handheld mode. Hopefully they'll keep up and release one next year too.

I hate giving 2k a bad review because I've been such a fan of the franchise but the difficulty on this year is insane, with the 30 fps on the switch it's next to impossible to play good on ball defense, the shot stick on offense feels inconsistent and once again be due to frame rate and lag. The graphics are great that's why I gave it two stars instead of one.

2k18 is a great sim. Find the right gameplay sliders online and you can run plays just like the warriors! Switch version is especially fun because it’s portable.

Excellent game on Nintendo Switch. Flawless and runs as well as versions on other consoles. Overall, fun game to play for basketball fans.

This game has the same game mode as the ps4. The graphic is pretty sick on the handheld mode.

I actually chose too get the Switch version over PS4 and Xbox One just top have some hand held hoops action. It plays good and looks good.

I'm a huge NBA 2K fan and have this for the PS4 as well. I really wanted to try out the switch version to see how it ran and I am pretty happy with it. It does seem a little slower than the PS4 version but playing this in portable mode is a lot of fun. The gameplay is still great. The grinding for VC is another issue and is my only knock on the game as a whole. 2K really wants you to purchase VC as it takes hours upon hours to level up a character in the my career mode. That used to be my favorite mode but now I just play locally with friends and my son as I don't have the time to invest in character grinding. Hopefully next year 2K is a little more generous with the VC. All in all though a great game to add to your switch library if you are a basketball fan.

I love that they kept all of the big features for 2k in this version of the game. I personally love the myleague and myGM modes and I’ve had fun exploring those so far. I’m not a huge myPlayer guy (not a fan of the VC grind), but I’ve heard it’s enjoyable from friends who do that mode. The graphics aren’t mind-blowing, but they don’t need to be. They’re solid and don’t detract from the game.

I'm really happy to see major sports games coming back to a Nintendo platform! The game plays very well and is quite smooth. Graphics are respectable for the platform. The only downside is the 24GB download that requires and SD Card to run.

The time when third party support for a Nintendo platform was a struggle is long gone. While Take Two had some hiccups this year with their NBA 2K outing. They managed to give Switch owners an authentic and feature parity NBA title as their "larger console" brethren. The only difference being framerate (Yes graphics too, but really? It still looks and plays amazing.)

Great basketball game and really fun to play on the go with the Switch.

NBA 2K18 for Switch is a great game to be able to play on the go. It contains the same features as the PS4 and Xbox versions, but has the added portability. It does seem to suffer with a few bugs in the sound quality, hence the imperfect rating.

I also own the PS4 version of this game and expected this to be quite a downgrade. However, this game is very good and I have been impressed. The only downside is if you’re playing my career you must have an internet connection if you want the “neighborhood” and cutscenes. All other aspects are top notch.

The graphics are not as robust as the other systems but it plays well and I seldomly experience any lags. I like being able to pause the game and coming back to it later... That's a nice plus for this type of game. Haven't spent all that much time with the game but it plays really nice so far.
