The game has never worked even though the console was brand new when I bought the game. Other games worked perfectly. I tried to return the game the next day and BestBuy would not exchange it or give me a refund. I tried all the online solutions, updates etc and nothing worked.

Wouldn't recommend this game to my worst enemy. I thought that the constant negative ratings from every single 2k made would make them start to try more and fix their mechanics, but I was wrong. I don't know what's more sad, how my 6'8" player can't make a layup over a 6' defender when I shoot a full bar due to the new green system, or that the developers in the 20+ years of this game still haven't figured out how to make a well functioning game. I actually don't hate the new green system, where as the defender closes in on you your window of greening gets smaller, but it makes no sense to have it completely disappear from my shot meter. This has caused countless full bars to not go in. If I'm timing it right, then it should go in.
