Right on the outside of the case it even states: "Upgrade to the digital PS5 version of the game at no additional cost." It does not offer the upgrade for free, only wants us to purchase it for another $50! There is not a code in the case to get the free upgrade either. Spent over an hour on the phone with Best Buy and two different chats and no one can help us. Ridiculous to be scammed out of our $ and no one can help!
