Have had for a month, great machine - if you get a deal with the ramp it does help with keeping things tidy as they get out of the box. My cat used to kick litter out of a standard pan but this is a very clean and effective device - really do only have to swap out the bags every once in a while instead of daily scoop, and the bag area is sealed, so no smell and box is always fresh for the cat. Works with regular litter, keep in mind needs an outlet to plug in, overall would recommend. This is the one to get, especially on sale.

So happy we purchased this litter box. Cats love it and our house does not smell like cat poop anymore. We used to scoop our litter boxes every evening and with two cats there would still be a smell when we came home in the afternoon. The smell is gone and this is our cats’ preferred litter box now. This box also fit into a tight space. We are very happy with this purchase.

Few days in and super happy both cats jump right in and have been using regularly, simple set up works well. Can’t tell my cats apart my weight, that’s a care of yours be aware

This kitty litter box has an advanced looking. Fits well in my bathroom. And it stands sturdy. And it made my life much easier when it comes to cleaning up. Just pull the garbage tray, and take out the bag, that’s it. I can’t be more happy with it. Also I don’t notice any smell. It seems to seal pretty well. May cat also loves it. Using the previous litter, he has no problem jumping onto it and do his thing. And he enjoys the clean litter. I only have to add litter and clean up the waste bag every week. And the app will remind me for everything. I can be very lazy with this product, haha.

I like that I don't have to do anymore self cleaning of cat poop or pee. This machine has been a wonderful addition to our busy lifestyle. We can change the bag when it is full under and its as easy as that. My cat didn't hesitate to use and continue to use it after set up. She smells better than when she had to use the self cleaning one. The cleaning happens after 10 mins of her leaving the potty and you set the timer to do that in the app it set it to however long after your cat leaves you want it to start cleaning. Everything is automatic from there. It has a calibration settings for how much cat litter is left. You just change it when you see the cat litter is going lower so it can function at its best, it keeps track of the litter weight. It was very easy to set up and it has instructions with videos for all things needed on making sure it is used properly. It came with a big board to scan QR codes to access all videos. This is the best cat potty I have ever owned.

The cats took to this litter box super fast. I also own another brand that is twice as expensive and the cats prefer this one. I think the open design is more natural for the cats to adapt too. No odor and most important no more scooping. Also it will stop if you have a curious cat so it is safe. The app is also very easy to use and lets you know when what cat is in the box and when the box has cleaned itself

I was originally looking at competitor products, but ultimately decided on the Neakasa M1. Two important things for me were pet safety and smaller form factor. Most of the other competitor products were huge and since im not a big fan of having a litter box anywhere outside the bathroom, I had to quickly omit the others. My initial concerns with this box was how much mess will my cat make, since its an open box concept. Well thankfully, with the right type of litter (I use crushed clumping Tofu Litter specifically designed for automatic litter boxes), its not as much as before (used to use pine litter, and yes it can get pretty messy when the pellets dissolve, but still less messy than clay or silica litter). Additionally, if bought at the right time, you can get this litter at half the price VS the leading competition - it makes this purchase decision a win. One area of improvement would be to allow the app to notify us immediately once the cat has used it and/or notify us during a cleaning cycle. This can easily be fixed with an app update though.

Excellent value for your money. We have two Neakasa Litter Boxes and it out performs our other branded automatic litter box. The design makes it less smelly and it is sooo much easier to keep clean. Our cats have their nails trimmed weekly so we have no issues with the liner. The customer service support is also far superior than their competitors.

Both my cats took to this litter box quickly. I absolutely love it. Well made, quite when cleaning, cleans well, no smelly oder, The app really allows you to see how and when it’s being used. Little to no litter mess. I have had other self cleaning litter boxes this is a must in every cat home. Thinking about buying my daughter one for her fur-babies.

Thank you for a VERY well engineered litter box. It saves me a great deal in litter costs. The litter here is simply topped up as it slowly gets used up in coating cat deposits. 3 months later this litter is super clean, never smells. Simply found the depth the cat likes and we are all happy. Love this thing. All I need to do is wipe a bit of dust off, occasionally wet wipes.

I have multiple cats and they all like this and use it. Love the notices about usage, which cat and tracks their time in the box (great for early detection of a problem!) and weight of each cat. Easy to maintain and clean Highly recommend! Best Buy will not price match this product however

2-cats and we love this so far, easy to put together and our cats took about 2 weeks to adjust. Highly recommend! Yes, it's expensive but a clean litter box is priceless. We loved it so much we purchased another for our daughter/son in law!

This make so easy to clean the box. I do sprinkle Baking Soda in the bag eveytime I put a new bag in the tray. This has helped elimate any odors the are there. I have 2 cats and I empty it once a week.

Love this for my cat, she is able to use the litter box without the ramp that was included. The notifications are great, letti g you know when to empty the bin, how long your pet was on the litterbox and even weighs her.

I purchased this because my Litter Robot started to have a lot of issues and I was tired of fighting with it. I'm still amazed by how quiet it is, the only sound I hear is the litter moving as it rotates, not even the litterbox itself. Which is infinitely better than how noisy the LR was. Highly recommend this.

We have been using the Neakasa M1 for a little over a month. My only regret about the purchase is that i didnt buy it sooner. Only having one cat we really only have to add litter and empty the waste bin once a week at most. It does a great job of reducing the smells associated with a Cat litter box. Our cat who was about 14 months old at the time of purchase had no issues transitioning to the box from a traditional one he had been using.

I purchased this in prepration for a long vacation. I have 2 cats, and changing litter is a chore. Pro is that it really produces next to no scent unlike litter boxes. Its not too loud and convenient that i only have to change the bin once every 10-14 days. However, when cats go in and out, theres such a mess. I have to vacuum a couple times a day around the machine. Which is quite annoying actually. Based on reviews, it will smell after about 3 years of use, and likely will have to buy a new machine, i am not convinced that this is a great purchase.

This litter box has saved mine and my kids life. A bit spendy but worth it. We have a small place, so any normal litter box would stink the place up, no matter how often you cleaned it. My cat immediately fell in live with this product. Highly suggest purchasing this litter box if you want the best bang for your buck.

This self cleaning litter box is awesome. You could have it anywhere in the house because there's no smell and I haven't had any issues of the trash component clogging like some other ones I've tried to use. Easy to replace the bags and it comes with a lot of them. Nice not worrying about scooping litter everyday!
