It works so good so far. Every day I come home from work, the floor already cleaned. I like it.

Prior using this, I'd gone through three different mid-level robot vacuums already. They were raging from 250-500. They all had the same issue-I had to get up and move it away from objects. With Neato, it lift itself out of troubles. I was very satisfied with it. Even with a seemingly clean room, Neato was able to pick up a full tray of trash.

Read up on most of the top 5 robot vacuums, the neato came highly recommend. And it doesn't disappoint in the vacuuming department. Only down faults I see is the collecting tray is small and the color choice of this model (white) gets dirty way to quick. But, overall it's been flawless.

I read the reviews of Neato versus Rumba and I decided to purchase Neato. I've not been sorry as I've not had any of the problems that other robotics seem to have. I like the wide flat front as opposed to a round one. Its powerful enough to clean a large shag area rug! I love coming home to a vacuumed house!

The vaccum is very apt for the price. The only thing I expect it should be doing a better job around corners. other thing is wish it had HEPA filter ( thought you can get one on ebay)

Great product ...cleans really well...but a little loud. Programmed it to run at night but was to loud...it woke us up. Besides that i would definantly recommend

My bottomline - a very good starter vacuum cleaner. This is my third robotic vaccuum cleaner, had the Roomba, then the older Neato. This is so far the best one, and I didn't want to spend $200 more for newer version. This does the job - but if this is the self-driving car it would have caused many accidents and will be stuck in a tunnel

Several months in, and I'm impressed with this little thing. It doesn't have the most suction, but it cleans my whole house and always comes back with a full dust bin. Unlike the roomba, this thing is very methodical in its path, so I don't feel like I have to evacuate whatever room it's cleaning...it's easy to stay out of its way while it works. This brush doesn't do a great job on cat hair though, so I still have to go over the rug with a real vac occasionally.

really like it. cleans floor well. Really like one button push and it cleans. 1st one screen menu quit. best buy exchanged it with no problem.

Does a pretty good job, especially on bare floors. Easy to operate. Has a tendency to get stuck. Display burned out in first month.

I was an early adopter of Roomba when it first came out and purchased one for each level of my house. After a few years of usage I grew tired of trying to find "lost" Roombas and dealing with all the missed areas of the house, due to the nature of the cleaning pattern. I decided to switch to Neato and have never looked back. The methodical cleaning pattern is thorough and even looks nice when carpet has been vacuumed (in a grid pattern). It returns home every time and returns to exactly where it left off to finish the job if it wasn't able to do so on the first run. I know have two of these and will stick with Neato from here on out.

After wanting a robotic vacuum for some time, the Black Friday deal was too tempting. Did some research and found that I preferred the cleaning pattern of the Neato in comparison to the Roomba. The Roomba Vacuum more or less bounced around the room like a great big hockey puck, whereas the Neato vacuum seems to be a bit more methodical and regimented in it's cleaning pattern . I purchased this unit, was pleasantly surprised. Slight learning curve on my behalf, learning what to move out of the way, AKA floor lamps, the Neato climbs up on the bases and gets stuck, that and the bath mat. I have three cats since the new vacuum , no more cat fur tumbleweeds.

Easy to use and does an excellent job. Strongly recommend this product.

I have a friend who has a Rumba so I thought I'd get one. After reading the reviews I'm glad I went with the Neato. I like that it has a wide front to clean a wider edge and it even cleans two large shag throw rugs. My bed is too large and heavy to move so it's been a long time since it's been vacuumed all the way under but Neato took care of that and the guest room bed as well. Uneven surfaces are no problem. And an added bonus is it isn't noisy like my upright. I like it so much that I'm going to give it a name. Maybe The Cleaning Lady!

The laser guided system allows the robot to effectively map the room. It has great suction power and is very user friendly.

My second botvac. I love these vacuums. They work great.

This unit initially worked well and vacuumed well but soon stopped vacuuming certain areas in my apartment for no reason and got stuck everywhere easily. I had to return the unit and replace it with a different brand.

Ridiculously easy to program and setup, and my floors have never been cleaner. So glad we got the Neato!
