I love this little guy! But after reading the other reviews, I did purchase the protection plan and I highly recommend that you do as well. It will have issues eventually. I have a really bad back and neck so no vacuuming as much as I want. We have lot's of tile flooring in the main living spaces so I got this. It works great but get's stuck allot even with the magnetic strips. It also doesn't understand chrome or shiny surfaces, like barstools...which is a bummer as I purchased new barstools hoping this wouldn't be an issue but it just goes in and down and scratches the chrome. So more magnetic strips AND you can only buy the authentic NETO strips or it just runs them over or pushes them around. I truly wish I could leave this on auto pilot but I have to be home and listen for the "I need help" beep. I got this one as it holds WAY more hair, dirt stuff than the rumba and is smaller and seems to be more powerful if you keep it clean. I have 2 dogs and a messy guy in construction. Overall, I can't live without it now, vacume the tile 3-4 times a week.

I had an xv11 and loved it but the wiring kept failing. The solder connections were not good. This vacuum is a Great Leap Forward. Doesn't push furniture like old one, doesn't get stuck as much and is slightly more quiet. You still can't talk on the phone while it is near you, but it is better. Battery failure after less than a year was common on my old one, hope this model is better. The rotating brush and wider dustbin are great features. My only complaint is the gloss black finish on the top of the dustbin. It is covered in fine dust after emptying in trash. I have all hard wood floors with some area rugs, 2000 square feet, vacuum has to recharge before it can complete the whole house. I set it at 9 am, it finishes around 3 pm including recharging. This model is a bargain and learned our layout quickly. It gets better every day. The test will be how long the batteries last. And that the led screen doesn't die, common issues on the older models.

I have no complaints to making my chores easier! I have a D80 for my aviary to help keep the mess from my parrots to the minimum! So I got one for the house to help with daily maintenance from my 4 dogs on wood floors too! Definitely makes cleaning a quick and easy affair!

Got this for my mom as a Mother's Day gift, we had a roomba but this guy vaccums circles around the roomba. Jasper (my mom named it) has been doing an amazing job keeping the house clean and maintenance it's so easy!!!

overall pleased with product. Gets under table and chairs well. I have about 800 Sq ft on the bottom story of house and it cleans all rooms in one run doesn't run out of battery. Bin is always full and I run it everyday. looks clean but still picks up the dirt. Will be switching to the combo to see if it picks up even more.

This thing is awesome. I never understood why you would buy a round (Roomba) botvac. This botvac gets in all the corners and cleans my floors so well. I would recommend purchasing the higher quality filters for that extra assurance. Easy to clean and program the schedule. Its great for pet hair and multi surfaces.

This thing is amazing. I bought it so I don't have to vacuum every other day, I have two dogs, Lab Pit mix and Weimey, this vacuum does its job and backs into its charging dock. I intentionally put it closer to stairs to see if it will move forward, I guess the scanner works great, so far very pleased with it

Great little vac that keeps pet dander and hair at bay. Good for surface cleaning, ellimating the need to bring the big vac out everyday, but you will have to deep vac at least once a week, but does help keep allergens down in between.

For a robotic vac, I think it does a great job. And, I like that it have the back and forth pattern of cleaning versus all different directions. Hope it lasts a long time! (They have a helpful website too on how to clean, etc)

I bought this because a Corgi lives with us. I don't have time or the desire to vacuum three times a day. So I turn this little guy on and he keeps our floors clean and hair free. I usually have to clean the filter and dirt bin after use with a normal hose attachment on a vacuum. It always finds its charging station without a problem and usually takes an hour and a half to clean all 2,100sqft. I gave it 4 stars because it dies quick and sometimes gets stuck in the easiest of spots. But this is also not an $800 vacuum.

Sometimes gets stuck on brickwork by fireplace and needs to be emptied more frequently than I would want. Cats are a bit mystified. Quiet and very efficient.

I am a fan of Neato Robot vacuums since 2013, because they do a really great job when you compare with the others. Just a reminder, don't forget to purchase an extended warranty in order to protect your device longer.

I had the XV21 which survived for over 3 years. The D75 performs better, and the additional rotary brush really helps clean the edges of the floor.

This is my third Neato robot vacuum, it is better than the previous versions, however don't forget to purchase extended warranty for at least 3-4 years, because Neatos could stop working down the road.

For the most part, this vacuum works flawlessly and rarely gets lost or stuck. It saves so much time and is pretty close to being a substitute for a conventional vacuum.

I bought this as a gift for my mom. She absolutely adores it, and it's been amazing with the dog hair from the four dogs that are constantly in and out of the house.

This D75 robotic vacuum works great on hard surface floors. Picks up all the dust and dog hairs under the bed and furniture. Breath a little easier.

Keeps the house and dog hair cleaned during the week. Works great and what I like to do is a good vacuum one day a week and let Neato do the rest

This vacuum does a great job, love it! It cleans hard wood floors perfect! Just make sure that you do not leave items in its way!
