I love this thing!

We have wool rugs that shed and it gathers around the baseboards in our wood floors. This Neato picks it up and I no longer see it. I also wondered how it knows where to go. Its amazing to watch it map the floor and follow up day after day knowing where to go. We are very happy with the purchase!

Cleans the house when I can't

It scans the perimiter on the room and then does the middle all in a nice pattern. With two dogs and two cats I used to vacuum 2-3 times a week. Now I only manually vacuum twice a month!

I found it challenging to operate.

Also it was supposed to sense drop off. Mine has dropped off into my sunken living area. Because I have a sunken area between most rooms I'm always having to move the Neato. It does an ok job of getting dirt and let hair though. I would recommend to a friend that had all floors the same level but caution them if not.

Not so smart
