I have found this to be great when I do not have the time to actually run the vacuum. It will run through the areas I have it set up for and does a fairly good job as a temporary fix but the vacuum still has to come out once in awhile. I would recommend this for someone that doesn't have a lot of time to spend cleaning, if they just need a touch up.

The vacumm itself picks up a decent amount of dirt. We use it only in our living room. The battery life seems decent. The bad part is that it seems to not be too smart. It gets stuck on lots of things and is never able to complete its job. After 6 months of owning it, it might be time to retire it.

Excellent vacuum cleaner. Sometimes it gives me problem like when it get stuck and don't know how to get out. But other than that it's great. I became lazy after this machine.

Surprisingly simple to set up and operate. I use it a lot, and what a difference! I like that it vacuums under the couch. It’s really great and quite adorable.

I have to admit after all the reading I did and the research I did, this unit is working out pretty well for us. What's better is I can run it with the dog in the house and he just doesn't care because it's not that loud. It's only gotten confused once and we use it daily. It gets under the beds and the kids toy chests... what more could you ask for.

Mixed feelings. The Neato does a great job. But it gets stuck, fairly often. It is nice and low profile to get under things. But unlike the Samsung, it uses a bumper to bump into things to see them so there is much banging around noise when it is by the kitchen table. I have a large house. Probably great in a smaller one. But still worth it.

Loving having my hardwood floor vacuumed by touching a button. My dogs shed and my floor needed daily sweeping. This does a great job on wood & tile. It's okay for daily rug vacuuming, but I still use regular vacuum on carpet weekly because it is more powerful

Does a really good job cleaning. It does tend to get hung up on certain low objects and in chairs. You learn and move them as needed. It usually stops about 3 inches away from the base It may be because i do not give the requested 2 feet clearance per side. Not a big deal just connect it up when out stops.

Loved the idea of a daily "cleanup" of dog hairs, but wasn't too sure. My husband got this for me for Mother's Day. It has been Awesome! I have hardwood and tile floors along with several rugs, it takes them all on with ease. Good in tight spaces too.

The machine does an excellent job. It helps us to have a vacuum done without us having to touch it. and it is easy to use

We've had this brand for years. This one picks up better, especially around edges, and is softer. It's used 2-3 times per week in our house on laminate.

Works very well and has only gotten stuck once under a chair. Have it programmed to do the entire house (one level Ranch type) every Sunday afternoon. Fantastic, now I don't have to do it. Love it.

Have never owned anything like this before but my wife and I absolutely love it. We recently built a home and installed dark hardwood floors throughout. It's beautiful but what a nightmare showing every little dust bunny, hair, and particle. It was driving us nuts having to vacuum everyday. My wife said she'd like one for Christmas and after researching this one compared to another well known name brand, I believed this was the one for us. It works fantastically and would dearly be missed if something happened to it. Can't go wrong with this purchase.

A good vacum for letting it do its own thing. It does get stuck sometimes but overall a good product

Bought this botvac to replace my Roomba. Works great with good navigation and actually vacuums unlike the expensive Roomba sweeper. Bought another for my 2nd level. Highly recommended.

I bought this thing to maybe help the wife and I try to keep up with our two dogs. As mentioned in the title we have a lab that sheds and on a white floor it does not hide. So we picked anything up we thought would get in the way and let it go to town. It was amazing! Just when I thought it was going to get stuck it managed to contort itself out, and when It missed a spot and went to another room it came back and got the spot it missed. So now on a normal every other day schedule to clean we have not vacuumed since!

Neato- best invention ever. I first purchased when I could no longer do floors on hands and knees after quad tendon surgery. Used daily- great work on dog hair. Gets lost now and then- pretty cool to watch operation

This model with the addition of the side brush greatly improved this time saving product. The filter is larger and seems more efficient too.

It's nice to come to freshly vacuumed home and the vac is put away. Ready for the next use
