Excellent monitor and a good value

The built-in speakers are very useful and other monitor features (as listed in product feature) are good, too. This monitor came with a DisplayPort cable. If your laptop / desktop lacks a DisplayPort, you will need an adapter. I needed a Thunderbolt to DisplayPort adapter.

Good monitor overall
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a pretty good monitor but I would look to the Dell series 2K monitors for a razor-sharp screen that needs no adjusting (4K screens result in tiny icons & miniscule text).

Solid quality, pleasant performance
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nowadays, many times, cheap is expensive versus few more bucks really worth it. I browsed through many options for the same size range and this one costs few more bucks compared to many other popular brands, names I do not even want to mention. Those brands have disappointed me on other products including laptops, monitors, and any associated accessories. The overall feeling those products gave me is cheaply made to ruin my joy of enjoying technology. I gave up on those. This monitor refreshed my faith to quality. It is nice to touch and NOT flimsy at all. The colors came out vivid and natural and SO comfortable to eyes. There are many other features to bring convenience and energy saving, such as angle change, height adjustment, and build-in speaker (not loud enough, but adequate for personal use). It can be used either for windows computers or mac. I use it for a Mac mini. Love it and very happy.
