this game seems fun. I have only played it a couple of times but what I have gotten through is great.

I got this for my son to give him reason to take a break from shooting games and it worked. He loves showing off "his cars".

I bought this for my brother, who basically only plays racing games and GTA. He's a big fan of more arcade-style stuff - he likes the Forza series but even that can be a bit too complex and sim-like at times. Need for Speed Rivals has been out for a while, but only recently has become easier to find in stores. I think this is the best of the current-gen Need for Speeds, focusing more on the elements that make the series fun rather than emphasizing the "always online" component. Definitely a fun game if you're looking for a pick-up-and-play racer.

Need for Speed is always going to be a fun series. This one is indeed fun, but there is not much that will make me keep playing. It's better than Need for Speed (2015), but not nearly as good as most of the 360/PS3 Need for Speed's (Need for Speed: Most Wanted especially). At $15 you can't go wrong though.

The game has good online play with friends. Plenty of challenges to complete.
