If you are looking for an on-line racing game to play then this is a subpar game. You don't have any control on who you play with or who pops up in your game. They should give you an option to lock out your game if you don't wish to have people randomly popping up in the game or if you just want to play with friends and nobody else. It's not a bad choice though if you don't care who your playing with all of the time. On the other hand, it's not that great as a single player game. You are REQUIRED to have on-line access at all times! I generally don't mind this concept too much but I prefer to play alone most of the time and accomplish missions with-in the game without the disturbance of others (that you have never met before) driving down the street in the opposite direction intentionally trying to hit your car or ram you off the road when you're in an intense race. This makes for a very unpleasant gaming experience. If you are looking for an on-line racing game then this may be the game for you but if you want to play alone then I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere.

Best need for speed game so far. Since 2005 edition

This is a fun game and can get really addicting. Be ready to try to keep up with the technology. The one downfall is each time you need to download the games.

This game is okay sucks cause u have to play online only and the ea servers often go down in the middle of game play

It's unfortunate that you have to have internet service, to play this game. I should have just gotten EA Access.

This franchise has been run into the ground. This is better than some of their latest games but still not great.

This game reminds me so much of the old NFS games. I like the fact that they update it with new cars and customizations every month for free. It isn't perfect, but are any of the NFS games? My only complaint is the cops are too easy! Make it more challenging with harder cops, like the ones on NFS Hot Pursuit.
