3 stars overall. The heat was a plus, but it didnt feel like it got very warm or hot. Works okay but this thing feels like a chore to put on & take off. The controller is way to large & buttons way too sensitive. The knee cap area you are supposed to slide on, which is a huge design flaw in my opinion. Just wasn't impressed & was way more of a hassle to put on & take off. Ended up returning it. The price is good, but just wasnt worth the effort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It could be adjustable to bigger individuals because it is difficult to wrap around the thighs.
