My son was looking all around for this specific gun. Best Buy had the best pricing available, and my son couldn’t wait to get this item!! We bought the discounted open box in excellent condition. I was a little worried about purchasing an open-box item, but we saved quite a bit of money and the item was in perfect condition!! He’s been using it non-stop and there have been no issues! I would suggest to look at the open-box items when purchasing a expensive item at Best Buy, I was shocked at the great quality for the discounted price. We were able to purchase some accessories for the gun with the money we saved from the open-box discount! I love Best Buy!!!!

This is a fun gun for play. It shoots the balls fast and far so you an play in our outside and the big magazine means you don't have constantly find your spent ammo to re-load. I was actually hoping it would be fun for my new kitten but the vacuum cleaner like noise scares him into hiding instead. LOL

For what I paid this is a great fun oversized blaster that for what it is 40 rival HIRs that fire fully automatically from a huge blaster. I have played and tested this blaster for a month now and as a full sized adult it is fun but vastly inferior to 2017 and 2018 and 2019’s rival offerings. If you have the money the nemesis, Prometheus,Hera,Artemis,Apollo, and Hades all our shine this blaster in various ways.

Grabbed this for under $30 and it is a accurate, powerful blaster. I got the blue version and it looks amazing with a fully loaded magazine. This Rival blaster will empty the full magazine in about 10 seconds. I purchased the rechargeable battery for this blaster and it helped with the firing rate and longer run times than standard batteries.

I purchased the blaster at 50% off during a big sale. For that price, I don't think this can be beat. It does take a fair amount of D cell batteries, but I've been on the same set since I purchased the gun in August and I use it at least weekly with my son for Nerf battles. He enjoys it quite a bit. The only downside is the weight. It's pretty heavy and therefore not overly mobile. You can perch behind something and shoot, but it's not great for running around holding it.

I bought this to battle my boys who also have rival guns. They were certainly impressed and did not survive the match. This gun is decent however it will be slower as the batteries die. Also loading the weapon is a chore...it's nice having a hopper instead. I paid 40$ on sale and I would not pay any more.

Super fun! The balls fly everywhere though so make sure you keep track of them and it’s a little difficult and time consuming to load the gun but extremely fun regardless.

I bought this for my daughter so that she could keep up with the boys. I think it does the job quite nicely. Be prepared to buy batteries if your kids play a lot.

This is fun for the kids. They probably wish I’d bought them one so they could shoot back. Uses 6 D cell batteries and goes through them surprisingly quick

This is a great fun for a teen as it’s pretty big. Anyone under 10 would have a hard time with its weight

This nerf gun is awesome. Real easy to use the only problem is you blow through the balls. But that’s not a nerf problem that’s a me problem for shooting to many balls at a time. But other wise it’s sweet

Lots of foam slinging fun. Extra 40 round magazines are sold separately, so can have pre-loaded for even more fun. Blaster is a bit large and awkward to hold. Magazine sometimes gets fussy and spews out all the rounds back out while loading. Magazine is also very large, so slightly difficult to carry extras around. Accepts nerf rechargeable battery pack - highly recommended. All in all a fun blaster, although a bit outdated at this point.

Overall very nice for a teen ager. My son is younger and this is way too heavy.

Great toy, bought more than one. Easy to use, quality piece, great fit and finish. Wish it had more power and the magazine was easier to load.

Little heavy for my seven year old due to the 4 D batteries. But he loves dominating that other kids on the block so he makes do.

We love this nerf gun. Only drawback is you can hear it getting ready to shoot so you cannot be sneaky!

Got a killer deal on this which made it so much better. Shoots way faster than normal Nerf.
