Cool toy and concept however it’s a little hard for it to launch. You must hold the buttons down AND do a slashing motion which allows for bullets to launch. After you get the hang of it, it’s fun

We ordered this online and gave it to our son today as a gift. It Doesn't Work. It Doesn't Shoot. We followed the instructions carefully but the product does not work. Huge disappointment for our son. Best Buy Chat could not ship a replacement because it's sold out. Best Buy Chat said they could not exchange it curbside because it's sold out. Best Buy Chat said they could only mail us a return label but they could not refund this until they actually receive it at their warehouse location. Buyer Beware! Terrible situation during a pandemic for those of us that cannot physically go inside a store to return it. We just checked other store reviews and numerous people are writing that this product doesn't work/ doesn't shoot. A complete waste of time and money and a big disappointment to kids.
