    Bought this for my daughter for her birthday, and she loves it. One night we had bacon with our dinner and there were leftovers, so I suggested she throw them in the machine to see if it would work, but she never did. I am waiting now for some fruit leather.

    I have made jerky several times already. Very easy to use and clean. Haven't had any problems with the jerky gun. Space will accommodate more than a lb of meat.

    Love it, works great, the reason why i put 4 stars is because the jerky gun u use for making jerky out of ground meat broke the first day. But the dehydrator itself works great i put in t thermometer and it stays at a solid 150 degrees Fahrenheit

    So I tried the Jerky Express and it seemed pretty decent. It was my first time making jersey so only time will tell but not too bad for first time.
