I looked at all the Nespresso machine and this one made the most sense for us. The Nespresso machines are nice because it makes a very fast cup of espresso without the mess. I have owned other semi automatic espresso machines and this machine is much easier. Just pop in the capsule and within 20 seconds or so you have espresso. The milk frothier is AMAZING! We make hot chocolate with it. Sooo good. The major downside is that the capsules get expensive... $.70 to $.80 per capsule and I use at least two to three per day. Still cheaper than the coffee shop, but not as cheap as the semi automatic options.

I wasn't sure I would get a lot of use out of this machine because I usually buy Starbucks drinks. After I tried a cup of the Nespresso coffee, I started looking for a machine of my own. They get great reviews and I can now see why. Since Best Buy had a great price for the model I was looking at buying, I decided to give it a try. So far this is my favorite coffee and it is so easy to use and keep clean. I tell everyone I love this coffee machine.

The machine makes great espresso shots compared to other similar products. As long as you don't compare with real espresso machines. One drawback is the cost of the pods- a bit steep!

Love this machine. The color is great and the machine works better than expected. I am not crazy caffeinated all the time. Wish the pods were ever so slightly cheaper.

I prefer to make espresso at home and have tried a lot of ways from Moka pot, to espresso machines. So far, this machine is the easiest to use to make a real and great espresso with thick creme, as you just need to press twice to make an espresso, a time saver. You have to buy Nespresso capsules, but their coffee qualities are really good and I am satisfied with the 16 choices as I already know which ones are my favorite. There are also a lot of replacement capsules available, even though I haven't tried yet. You can also use reusable capsules to make espresso on your own choice of coffee beans. Either way will save you a lot of money, instead of paying 5 bucks or so for double shots from a barista. The frother is super great as I can make both hot milk froth (press 1 sec) and cold milk froth (press 2 secs). Actually I use this machine every morning many times, making my coffee and my family's coffee. One thing is that if I want to fill my 16oz travel mug, I have to use 2 capsules as I like strong coffee. But that is all I need for the whole day, keeping me awake every second even when I am talking about mathematics and physics with two professors :)

After recommendations from a friend to purchase a Nespresso Machine, I did quite a bit of research to see which model was the best for me. I love everything about my Nespresso Machine. I have been using it every day for 2 months now. Still working perfectly and gives me a great cup of coffee every morning. One of my main concerns was the frother. I am pleasantly surprised. The outside of the frother is water resistant so I can hand wash it every day to get the milk out, then let it air dry and its ready to go for the next day. I have perfect froth! Another great part about the machine is that it heats up in about 10 seconds, so I can make a cup super quick! I took the machine to work one day as a treat for my staff and several of them have now bought a machine too. Worth every penny and now I don't spend money at places like Starbucks. This Nespresso makes much better coffee!

We already have a Keurig but felt the need for a nespresso machine. Glad we made the purchase. Normally we'll drink the Keurig but when we have an urge to drink "Starbucks" we can just use the Nespresso. The frother is amazing. The machine in general is very loud.

The first thing I made was a latte and it was perfection. This machine is so easy to use and takes up so little room I love it!

Got the unit for 150$ off when the sale recently occurred. My friend has one and we were amazed at the simplicity to enjoy a great beverage. We replaced our <4 month old "traditional" espresso machine with this unit. No more messy packing fine espresso grinds into the little cup and making a mess steaming milk--this machine does it all without any mess and easy cleanup! The cups aren't expensive either--70 cents per and free shipping from nespresso! All around great purchase!

This Nespresso coffee maker is the best, most consistent espresso machine I've ever owned. In the past I've worn out three previous espresso machines. I've had this for nearly two years and it has performed perfectly. Found amazing Italian capsules on Amazon and have reordered them multiple times. Would recommend this machine to anyone. The milk frothing is amazing and best with low fat milk

My wife and I thourghly enjoy this machine. It makes delicious espressos and the milk frother is great for cappuccinos. Depending on your "milk" type you may need to experiment to get the desired froth thickness. It was an amazing deal on sale. Another great aspect of this machine is, Nespresso customer service. They are very polite, courtesious, and knowledgeable. And they are available 24 hours around the clock.

Love this machine- very easy to use and comes with a very tasteful coffee selection.

My fiance was looking into the Nespresso Virtuo line machines, but when this Original line came on Deal of the Day, I couldn't pass it up and we are both very happy that I didn't. Water heats up extremely quick, machine is quiet and it produces picture-quality delicious espresso at the touch of a button. Additionally, the coffee pods are relatively inexpensive (~$0.60 ea.) Perfect machine!

I originally purchased the "Latissima Plus" and was sorely disappointed with how loud it was and lack of "mixing" capabilities, as well as its spent pods sat in disgusting runoff. This machine is far superior, an extremely more luxurious user experience.

So much less mess than our standard espresso maker, no more spilt grinds and loud frothing. Perfect for our countertop and the coffee is great priced and taste! We got rid of our Keurig and our espresso maker!

I enjoy this machine and the coffee it makes. The coffee tastes gourmet and creamy and there are many varieties available. I haven't been to Starbucks since I made this purchase, not even to use a gift card.

WOW. I love my new coffee machine! Not only does it make great espresso coffee but frother is amazing. I truly look forward to my morning coffee time. Highly recommend it! Also best buy has the best price!

It makes a great cup of espresso. The only issue is that you have to go to nespresso only for capsules. It looks great as well and the chrome finish stands out amoung my other kitchen appliences.

We love this nespresso citiz machine! It consistently provides great espresso. The milk frother is a nice bonus If you love espresso you can't go wrong with this little powerhouse!
