I bought this machine without having ever had Nespresso. I liked that the pods are recyclable (unlike Keurig), and I liked the option of heated milk. Let me say, I love this thing! The coffee is excellent, it heats up quickly, and it is a small form factor on our small counter top. If you don’t prefer espresso, you can make Americanos by pulling a lungo shot and pulling another lungo without the pod in the machine. The only drawback is that, when running water only through (ie no pod) then lift the latch to open the pod area, a decent volume of water comes out and creates a mess unless you have a cup to put under the coffee output area. Overall, the machine is awesome and I highly recommend it.

This machine makes very good espresso. For the purist, it's not better tasting espresso by any means, but much much more convenient and less messy than my traditional $500 manual press and steam frother espresso machine. It's so easy and convenient, I now have espresso every day and not just once a week with my traditional maker. The included milk frother is a total time saver must compared to conventional steam frothers. It makes exceptionally better froth in a fraction of the time as steam. My only negatives on this machine are 1.) the glossy black finish shows a ton of fingerprints. A matt finish our bumpy/pitted finish would be better. 2.) the double shot serving results in a very watered down espresso. I've removed the cup about 3/4 of the way through the double shot process and it gives a much better less watered down result. I wish Nespresso would have calibrated this better as swapping out the cup in mid process is messy.

This package worked out very well for me. I wanted a Nespresso machine that didn’t take up too much counter space. It came with a milk frother and a complete pack of sample capsules. It is very easy to use. Ever since, I’ve been enjoying one cup of Nespresso every morning. I brewed each capsule 2-3 times, added sweet cream and it turned out just right. I cleaned out drip trays daily. And water reservoir every three to four days. I ordered this during Black Friday Special deal so it was a super good deal. I picked it up from Best Buy store for I didn’t want them to ship this little machine. It came in a nice looking box with easy to follow instructions. I’ll give it a perfect 10 for my experience with this purchase.

So far I am loving this! Yes the pods are a bit of a pain to get, but I am sure they will become more widely available. I ordered online at Nespresso and they were delivered quickly. They even include a bag so you can return the used pods for recycling. It quick and easy to make your favorite espresso drinks. Has a very small foot print on your counter top. Very easy to use, only two buttons on the whole machine, just pop on a pod and in about 60 seconds you have your hot espresso. I love that it came with a milk frothier as well. I think it was worth the price. They made it easy to use and that was a big selling point.

This is actually my second one . Not because the other broke. I wanted one in the kitchen and one in my offfice . Ya that’s how great I think these are that I’d be willing to spend the cash to get another. I don’t have the time or patience to know how to many espresso shots with ground coffee. I’m a self aware American and I want my coffee quick , and good without having to think. Super simple system , pods are expensive but for me it’s worth it. Beats getting Starbucks or going out for it . Try the frother with heavy whipping cream , game changer . Dumped my Kcup crap after trying this

I LOVE IT! Super small foot print, so it will fit anywhere. Great quality and easy to use. Makes lots of creama so I do not even have to use a milk frother. Had it for a month + and I use it every day. Enjoy!!!

Love this little espresso machine by Nespresso. Very easy to use and makes a great cup of high quality coffee. What I love most is that it doesn't take up much counter space.

Super simple to use, brews a coffee in about a minute including heating the element from cold start. Only two things I would like to have improved. 1. It’s a little noisy - I couldn’t keep this in the bedroom and use it without waking my wife. 2. The reservoir is a little small and between the several uses per day it has to be refilled every day or two; but to be fair we have several people using it. The frother that was included works very well. It’s not as good as a full steamer machine, but to have frothed milk in about a minute without having to do any work is pretty awesome. Already bought a second one for my parents.

I love this product! The machine itself is a little loud but it’s a quick and efficient machine. The Nespresso espresso is delicious and the frother is fabulous.

It's been a long time since I've had a decent cup of espresso because of the travel bans, but this thing fixed it! Got it at a sub-hundred price, and it was worth every penny! I love that it comes with a bunch of Nespresso capsules (that are recyclable!) and some great offers to purchase directly from Nespresso. The frother works like a dream, even with almond milk! LOVE LOVE LOVE

This machine is something else. Best compact espresso machine on the market. Fits just about anywhere. If you are worried about the 2 sizes, you can program the buttons to make the perfect size cup when needed. Easy of use…top notch. Super fast heat up and dispense. Lastly, the frother…could it be any simpler? Great package overall. And the sample kit has a great variety. Worth every penny. Have had other brands which broke within the first year…return them and invest in the brand.

Very good expresso machine. Very easy to use and clean and the flavor is fantastic. There is a wide array of types of coffee available to choose from varying flavors. Also, the used pods are completely recyclable which is unique about this product (of similar kind). Highly recommend for coffee lovers wanting to get a fresh brew within seconds.

I really like this machine. The espresso is consistent and I’ve found the ones that I really enjoy. The machine has a really narrow profile so it hardly takes up any space on the counter. I got this after returning the vertuo line machine, the coffee just wasn’t good enough to justify the cost. Also the aeroccino is awesome.

After owning and using the Keurig for many years, decided to get in on the Nespresso coffee flavors. Had a hard time choosing between this model and the Vertuo, but decided to try the original lines first. It is great for an entry level machine. it is compact and easy to use. There are a wide selections fort the pods, and the quality of their coffees are really nice.

I bought this machine as an upgrade to my Mr. Coffee espresso maker. I liked the size and the fact that the Nespresso comes with a separate frother. I did some research before I purchased the machine because I saw that it required the use of pods, but I like the espresso I had been using. I was able to find metal refillable capsules, so I can use my espresso and not have to purchase any of the nespresso pods.

I have been using this consistently for 5 months now and it has been great. I honestly can’t imagine how I went so long without one. This machine has been super reliable and I love how compact it is. I am able to fit it on a tray, along with the steamer and some other accessories, so it doesn’t have a huge footprint on my counter. It warms up fairly quickly and is easy to clean. I knocked off 1 star for the aeroccino- it doesn’t consistently work and I’ve had some spills to clean up due to overflowing (even with keeping the milk below the max fill line).
