It gets the job done. Coffee comes out real hot. However, the volume it produces isn’t what I am used to. A single cup of coffee seems small. Easy to use. Milk frothing function isn’t the best of home coffee/espresso machines I’ve owned.

the espresso machine ,,makes good coffee,,easy to use,good variety of flavor from different country, but after several month i have to send it to manufacturer back for malfunction ,received it back again with the same problem,

The Lattissima machine makes a very good espresso. However, when I tried to make cappuccino, the milk frother would not work (thus m rating of 4 stars). I called Nespresso support and it turned out the frother was defective. It was not recognizing the white milk (I used skim milk as recommended). With customer support's help, I "tricked" the machine by placing a piece of white paper between the frother & machine and the frother worked right away. Nespresso sent a replacement frother and I received it in about 4 days. I was happy to learn that the Lattissima carries a two year warranty as opposed to the normal one year warranty on their other machines. Lastly, the warm slate color is beautiful; very elegant looking!

I love this machine. I studied the available machines and decided on the Nespresso - Lattissima One Espresso. I then waited for a good sale price and finally purchased it. I have not been disappointed . It makes a great cappuccino with excellent crema and the milk frothing is easy and cleans up easily. It is very easy to use. Thanks for a great product.

Used this unit while on vacation in Italy. We figured if it’s good enough there then we should take a close look. For the price and the size it works perfectly. Milk froth is easy to get just right. The only downside is that it’s a bit noisy.

Easy to use and clean, the machine is not any louder than the typical at home coffee maker. The sample of pods that come in the box have good flavor

Worth to have it. Easy to use. This model is fit with small capsules with many options Starbucks, Nespresso and etc.

Does a nice job of frothing milk for Lattes. Attachments are easy to clean by simply putting in the dishwasher.

I love this machine the flavor and foam are great. I just wish it made larger cup sizes, the picture is deceiving and washing the milk froster each use is a hassle. But delicious!

A very cute and fancy machine...warm slate color is nice, away from the common black or white or silver. Easy to operate. The only thing I got confused was that it says to use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk on the manual, so I bought it instead of usual 2%, machine's milk frother does not work with skim milk, it has to be at least 2% as Nespresso Club told me, hhmmm... and the milk frother is for single use, so, need to clean each time, and is not to be used to keep it in the fridge to store milk

I purchased this item on sale and we love the espresso that is served from this, but the machine itself is very loud which is my only complaint.

This is a very good machine if you are looking for something simple and reliable but want more than a cup of expresso. The lattes are great!

Works great. the only draw back is the milk cannister doesn't hold much and you're gonna have to clean it daily.

Makes way to much noise. The older version I have at work is better. Why? Its simple, quicker. Frother is way better and foamy without making crazy noise. This machine has a mind of its own. Dont waste the time and money

Very easy to use and easy to take apart to clean. I don’t know much about espresso and this takes the guess work out of your hands and all you have to do is press some buttons and you will have the perfect temperature drink in under a minute.

Love this guy, it is part of the household now! Makes a deliciousness every morning :) Bought a different one at first and it did not work and had to return it, but this one works great!
