Ordered to try frother. Works well with milk. I like heavy wipped cream.

This is a small and beautiful coffee machine, but the function is very bad. First of all, the advertisement emphasized that no milk would be wasted, and the milk I placed in the milk container could only be used half at a time. The programming and cleaning process is not as simple as in advertising. The flow of hot milk is not smooth and can splash around. I think if you are a coffee lover, you can spend a little more money on a more advanced coffee machine.

I was excited for this product to arrive. Since using a Keurig for over a year I was curious to see how much better coffee does it make. Right of the bat, you can tell this is a premium product. The unit itself is small and well design. Operating the espresso machine was easy very similar to a Keurig machine. One thing I like is how it disposes of the coffee pod after you're done making a cup of coffee. It goes to a small container which at first I thought was to hold your coffee pods but I was wrong after making my first cup of coffee lol. I was worried about the milk going all over the place from some of the comments I read. I did not have this problem so it could be down to just the type of milk you use. Now for the most important is how was the taste of the coffee. So far I would have to say really good. From making cappuccinos to a cup of coffee has been a good experience. I even invited some people over to try it and the feedback was nothing but positive. Only thing I find as a negative is the pods itself and lack of information available when it comes to what flavor and how strong it is. Compare to Keurig pods that provide more information on the pod itself. I didn't know that the red dot meant the pod was decaffeinated until I read the booklet. The booklet does have info on what the colors mean and stuff like that. Overall I am very satisfied with the product that I might end up retiring the Keurig machine. There is a learning curve to it that is worth it to take advantage of everything this machine has to offer.

This makes a great latte, a great cup of coffee, and with a little experimenting, a great vanilla steamer. I love the speed. I start cooking breakfast, and before the eggs are done, I have a nice frothy treat waiting for me. Simple operation, and easy to clean/maintain. The flavors of coffee are exceptional and the machine places just the right amount of water to strike the perfect balance. No need to leave the house for my morning joe. There are a few drawbacks. It is LOUD. If your kitchen is anywhere near anyone sleeping/napping, be aware it will be difficult to "sneak a cup." Although it doesn't last long, that initial warming rumble is off putting. The milk jug never uses all of the milk. I have tried going above the line, below the line, etc. There is always a little left over. I just pour it in, but it would be nice to have the container completely emptied. Lastly, the temperature should be adjustable. I understand that it sets "the perfect temperature," but it cools much too quickly. If I don't guzzle, I often find myself reheating. These are not deal breakers, just things to note.

The Nespresso Lattisima One by De'Longhi has made a way for us to enjoy the perfect cup of cappuccino or espresso without having to spend too much time preparing for it. Once you put in the flavor you'd like to have in the cappuccino/ espresso maker, you, literally, just press one button, wait for just a few seconds, and voila! Enjoy the perfect cup. Right out of the box, setting it up was very easy. They even remind you to wash the parts before using it! The instructions were very easy to follow, and assembling the parts were very minimal. If there’s anything that might need improvements on, it might just be the first cup. The milk was splattering the first time I used the milk frother. The froth also came out a little thick to my liking. I think maybe because I used Lactaid instead of the regular skim milk. Hopefully, this would make a difference. The machine itself was smaller than expected which is a good thing. It doesn't take up too much space, and though it's smaller than expected, it's quite nicely noticeable because of its nice simplistic, yet futuristic, design. The taste of the espresso was amazing. Again, with just one touch, it steams/froths, and dispenses. If you're a caffeine lover, then I definitely recommend this machine for you.

Worked great for a week or so and then the frother milk container stopped frothing and had to return it. Get the stand alone frother if you want it done right. I was looking forward to having one unit to do everything but just isn’t there yet.

I really happy with my purchase my nespresso work perfectly I love the color and I can use all brands of capsules, so I recommend it.

Only bad thing which isnt best buys fault is all machines are pre tested from manufacturer so air bubble does form in hose..u have to run to pop air bubble

I had bought this for 50% off and it was the best purchase I have made in awhile. Decent upkeep but overall it's amazing and comes with samples!
