I never leave reviews so that should say a lot. Terrible. Purchased product they sold to me as “new” and it had milk/coffee residue when opened on christmas day. Went to exchange where they said they would ship to my house.. never came. I got told 3 different things by customer seevice representatives. I wasted so much time. I was not helped properly. I had to go back to the store since they couldnr figure out what was happening with the order as it never showed up on the app as something that was being shipped to me. I was told by chat agent they couldnt help so i was tossed around when calling. They couldnt help me ans said i had to go into the store …I go a 3rd time they realized they messed up and the person accidentally made it a in person exchange when that was not the case. The manager tried fixing it and finally did it correctly where it would be shipped… it is now january 3rd and i received the shipment with no box.. damaged box.. missing items, and used yet again. Why are they careless like this? This isnt safe or sanitary. Why are they giving peolle used machines to those who purchase brand new products ? Scamming people ? The carelessness in every area was really eye opening. I again got on the phoje just to be told to go to the store now for the 4th time…. I gave up. I just wanted a refund. Still waiting on that. This tainted my thoughts on best buy. I will never buy anything from besr buy again. Buyers beware.

Not worth the money…

Its compact design doesn't occupy much counter space, which is a plus. While the instructions specify regular milk for the frother, I've found that using oat milk produces a perfect foam, However, a minor concern is that the coffee tends to drip a little after dispensing, necessitating the placement of a paper towel underneath to prevent the bottom from getting dirty. The quality of coffee is fine.

At least once a week if not more while surfing Instagram or Pinterest ideas it never failed I would come across the cheaper version of Nespresso by De'Longhi. My husband would always tell me to wait because of the price of course and eventually I thought I would never be able to taste the beautiful delicious looking cups I would see be brewed. Well I finally bought one today and omg. It was the best decision my husband and I ever made. Ater our first taste it was magic! It reminded us of when we went to Naples, Italy and we never thought we would be able to taste that deliciousness again. Now we can! Everyday! BEST DECISION EVER!!!
