The machine was great, but 14 days after purchse the milk jug/frother stopped working. The button to brew a milk drink wouldn’t even light up. Best Buy did exchange it and ship a new one to my house, so we will see how the new one holds up.

Frother quit working aftwr a month

Not happy, I have had my machine for a little over a month and the frother quit working. Not covered my Nespresso and have not been able to talk to anyone from Best Buy yet. I just hopesomeone makes this right.
