Not bad, but wasn't for me...

But the coffee pods are expensive and doesn't make a a full coffee mug. I decided to return this and get a different one.

Water not pumping

I followed the instruction for first time use and it said to cycle the water out three times with the "Lungo" setting. The water would not pump from the reservoir to the machine. For an expensive espresso machine I was very upset.

OMG!!! Best quality coffee ever!!!

In my opinion the coffee tastes better than the overpriced coffee shops. The machine is top notch and it works like a charm. Very easy to use and clean. Overall, worth the price and it is a great product.

Had Nespresso, Tried Keurig, now back to Nespresso
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Nespresso Lattissima plus a few years ago, but had to leave it behind when we moved. We then tried a Keurig. So much disappointment and inferior coffee 5 months later, we returned the Keurig which had fallen apart and are back with our beloved Lattissima. We upgraded to the Touch. not too much difference to be honest. We like that we can use the Touch to just do foamed milk drinks without coffee. Perfect for Hot chocolate, but apart from that the Plus and the Touch are both amazing machines, you cant go wrong with either.
