I have not used all the features of this awesome machine. I LOVE IT! Descaling takes over 30 minutes to do, purchase at least four descaling kits from Nespresso so you will have excess and not have to wait on shipping.

I’ve been using this almost every day for 6 weeks. The milk attachment is great bc I drink nondairy milk. It saves me from expensive coffee runs and it’s already paid for itself. I’m getting ready for a descaling soon :-) This is a solid machine, and there’s a large enough water reservoir for a carafe and at least another mug before refilling. I have the OriginaLine version too — I recommend!

My wife and I had decided we wanted a Nespresso machine after our visit to Quebec last summer (our hotel had one in each room), but decided to wait until after we moved to our new home. We live everything about our new Vertuo! There are so many different varieties of pods available too.

good machine, makes great cappuccinos, suffers from some of the same issues as the previous model with the upper part sticking when closing the latch.

Much better than a keurig! Love being able to make several types of coffees. The pods are easy to buy directly from mespresso or amazon! Best is it has Bluetooth, which will let you know if there are any issues with the machine.

My favorite thing about this machine is that I can connect it to my phone. Easy to use and easy to clean!

Got this unit to replace an older model that broke. So far everything is great and this model is very well built. I drink a lot more lattes now and saves me money from not buying it at stores

quick & easy to learn! I work swing shift so this machine has been a lifesaver.

Easy to use espresso machine - good quality coffee. The only downsides are the cost of the coffee pods. Coffee is amazing and the milk frother works perfectly! Best home cup of coffee ever! Got it for my wife as a gift.

Great coffee. Love the iced coffee pods too. I think this will save a lot of money since I’ve stopped buying lattes. The only downside is it’s a little complicated to learn. But it makes sense since it makes more than basic coffee.
