Makes a great cup of coffee. Also use it for espresso drinks. Only con is that not many stores near me sell the pods, but nespresso has pretty quick shipping for free.

Absolutely smashing product. You can make multiple coffee drinks - espresso, lungo, charade style large pour over etc. coffee taste from vertuo pods are great too. Great alternative to a pricey barista!

Not a hit agathe machine but my BestBuy gave me a boc that was damaged and i should have opened it right in the store. Zero instructions are in the box, and the plastic bag that should cove the machine was just stuffedin the corner of the box once you opened it

Started with a different model. Had to swap it out 5 mo after I purchased it. Best Buy did a great job taking my broken model back and letting me replace it. By the way makes great coffee drinks

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. She has only used it twice but she really enjoys it so far. It is fast to make the coffee and froth. Clean up is also breeze. So far so good!

Great product, very simple to make good coffee. Note though that coffee is more bitter than other Nespresso Vertuo machines, so you will need to add sugar if you prefer something lighter.

Love this machine, coffee comes out amazing, love being able to froth my own milk. Haven't run into the issues that others have been having. Fingers crossed

This replaces our old Nespresso and allows to brew the 18oz caraf. The frother was a plus and works great. Brews at a hot temperature which is an improvement.

I gave this as a gift and the person loves it! It make great consistent espressos. Its not the level of an Italian lever machine, but its also not a thousand dollars.
