Closing and locking the lid took a little bit of practice but it makes a great coffee and I love the carafe brew size.

With my first venture into the Expresso market I chose this unit. It makes a great cup or travel mug. It was a bit temperamental at first with the app but after a discussion with support it was determined the app required an update. My phone received the update within a day to my surprise. Works great now!

I loved my Nespresso but it stopped working after only a couple of weeks. I exchanged it and am still waiting on the replacement machine. Best Buy customer service was efficient and polite. Hoping I don't encounter any issues with my new machine, because when it works, it's a 5-star coffee maker!

Love the Espresso maker. Only problem is they do not sell the coffee anywhere but the website which is a bummer

Very pleased with purchase. Have made 2-3 cups a day and have had zero issues with either the Vertuo Next Coffee Maker or the Aeroccino Milk Frother. Easy to clean. Love how I can make anything from espresso's to latte's to a simple cup of coffee, all with the same machine.

I do really like this machine a lot. I do wish the water would get hotter than it does and plus you have to put the capsule in and lush down and lock but im not lazy, so it's not a big deal. This water temp is perfect for ice coffees but hot coffees, its not that great. Overall, its not bad, the coffee, expresso options are so good. Its makes it worth it, coffee for everyone's taste buds.

Was the best gift for my Starbucks enthusiast daughter. She now saves a lot of money. Great buy.

We had the Nespresso Vertuo Plus and it died (as in would not power on) after two months. We bought the Nespresso Vertuo Next and it looks better than the Plus, but... 1) It doesn't make hot coffee. The resulting coffee is warm. If you like hot coffee you will likely want to choose a different machine. 2) The other issue is that the lock and unlock on the top of the machine requires some strength. I train with a Captains of Crush number 2 gripper and it seems difficult. If you have arthritis or less strength you will likely want to choose a different machine. 3) The machine still looks cheap and I suspect it will break in a few months like the other (planned obsolescence), therefore we treat it as disposable and by the protection plan. In summary, maybe they should hire me to make the big decisions over at Breville. I would make sure that the coffee is hot and that the unit can be opened and closed by a person who doesn't do extreme strength training.

Best for on the move life style or the quiet morning at home.
