Love the Nespresso, but sent with a broken and cracked water tank the first time and a missing drip cup when I was sent a replacement machine! I would recommend this product but purchase directly from Nespresso.

Nespresso is the best amazing drink we can make at home a good investment I did on my coffee ☕️

It takes a big space, they mounted the water tank on the machine's back so it became very long and its fixed so you can't move it, so I didn't like the design and the place it takes. I contacted Best Buy to replace it with another model, they replaced it very fast.

Best coffee maker ever. The pods and flavor have no equal in taste. Would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent product and instructions are very easy to follow. Fits nicely on your countertop and doesn't take up too much space. Nice as a gift as well. You can show off to your guest and friends. I would highly recommend this model.

Good machine but be sure it’s what you’re looking for. It’s a different take on single serve coffee but if you’re a big espresso drinker this may not be the best option.

The Nespresso is a great 1 button, no fuss "espresso-based drinks" maker. The Aeroccino will heat the milk during the frothing process. I bought this as a gift for my family and they love it.

Easy to use. Glad this one came with the milk frothier otherwise it is a disservice. Espresso taste great and won’t be disappointed

I was not a big coffee drinker until we got the nespresso. The Iced coffee is my favorite.

So far this is a good purchase. Hopefully mine won't break like all the other negative reviews.

I have been disappointed with other kinds of coffee makers in the past in that they make a very fair cup of coffee. I cannot express enough how awesome this machine is. If you like really good coffee shop grade coffee, this machine will not disappoint. I have not yet used the milk frother but since it makes such a good, rich cup, I have not seen the need quite yet.

I am very pleased with this espresso machine. The profit was shipped very quick. The box was not so sturdy. It looked like Beat Buy used a role of tape to keep it together. The machine was fine inside.

We have owned and loved Nespresso products over the last 7 years. Our Nespresso VertuoPlus had broken and we decided to go with the newest VertuoNext as a replacement. We’re unhappy with the manual Vertuo Pod placement and operation. VertuoPlus was automatic. We wish we would’ve purchased another VertuoPlus machine as a replacement. The VertuNext also seems to be louder and of lesser quality.

I love the Nespresso but have had a few issues with this machine. Only had for less then a year and had to exchange for a new one.

It's easy to use and it makes delicious coffee! I would recommend.

Worked for 3 months then stopped. Called Nespresso and then were out of stock to replace it so they sent me an older model that works great.
