Coffee is not very hot. Spoke to customer service to trouble shoot with no results and did not have the time to do a video chat. Honestly, for a brand new machine, should not have to.

Purchased this for my home office. The Nespresso variety vertuo capsules are delicious(especially melazio) but they are not readily available in stores and are an order item.

I love my new Nespresso.. making my own gourmet coffee.. good quality! The only issue that I received the box with some damage so basically shipping is not handled carefully

Absolutely loved my new Nespresso! Loved how it can identify between espresso or coffee settings. Plus the coffee taste so fresh! Definitely recommend getting this iteam!

I was so excited for this machine. But after seeing how difficult it is to close and open to insert pods it is going back. Not worth it in my opinion. Will be getting another one that isn’t difficult to open or close.

It was on sale and it included the frother for a great price of $125. Still haven’t tried all of the sample of coffees yet, but great coffee machine so far!

Enjoying the coffee and espresso maker. Its a real treat to have a delicious coffee with a nice froth to melt your cares away. I highly recommend it.

This was a Christmas gift for a loved one. It came fairly quickly. I'm happy I got this bundle as it came with the Aeroccino frother which is amazing.

Machine is great so far, the only complaint I have is the perch you put your mug on could be sturdier. It’s adjustable which is great for different size mugs, but this morning I made cup for my wife then immediately after was making one for myself and the perch for some reason fell and broke a mug. Was set fine for the first cup and then not so fine for the second? How’s that happen? Tighten your s#@& up nespresso. Send me some new mugs!!! Also, aerocino is cool, but definitely not as good a froth as my real cappuccino maker. It is much more convenient tho.

Coffee machine is great but the milk frother didn’t work. Can’t buy the machine without it. Had the same problem with 2 frothers and had to return both machines and buy the nespresso elsewhere without them

Haven't used it yet because it's a gift for my husband for Christmas but based on others reviews I think this will be a great addition to our kitchen.

I bough this on Black Friday for a good deal and it has not disappointed!! The milk frother is top notch! Amazing product, great coffee and espresso!

Best purchase ever! I haven’t been to Starbucks since I’ve bought this. Make sure you check out Nespresso for other flavored pods. It’s a must buy!

After 30 days the reservoir wouldn’t pull water, the machine blinks all the time no matter what trouble shooting I follow. The only “good” thing that came from wasting almost $200 on this was the milk frother.

Love the milk frother. If your a coffee lover it’s worth it. Coffee super strong. Worth it to make your own fancy coffee at home.

This machine is fantastic! I actually like the coffee I make with the Nespresso more than what I get at high end coffee shops.
