This is such an awesome coffee maker, I love the different options available for coffee and how quick it brews . The coffee was smooth to drink and not overly bitter . It really is a nice machine . The app was the only thing I disliked because I felt like it wasn't very useful feeling because It can't remotely start my coffee maker and really is only useful for ordering more coffee or updates

This is an amazing machine. We are loving the coffee that it makes, as well as the espresso drinks that taste exactly like they are from a coffee shop. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made!

I had wanted a Nespresso for several years. I got a excellent price from Best Buys. It was shIpped promptly and arrived ahead of schedule. It makes great coffee.

Great item so far! I have been making great coffee, little bit on the expensive site, about $1.25 a cup, but worth it!

Excellent machine with frother, coffee always comes out perfect and the self cleaning is hassle free.

The next is by far Nespresso's worst-made machine. I've had my first machine 4 months before it started leaking coffee out of the bottom. Nespresso offered a replacement. The second one began leaking water out of the tank after only 7 days. Get any other model, or better yet an actual expresso machine.

I bought mine back in April 2022, and just this morning had to throw it out bc it stopped working and leaked from underneath INSIDE the machine and onto my countertop. Super upset because the warranty was only 2yrs and I only make 1 cup of coffee daily. For the price, NOT worth it.

Worked fantastic up until this tuesday, now it will not function at all. Nespresso support could not help, I will not spend that kind of money on this product again.

I loved this coffee maker, but unfortunately after a few months of use, it stopped working. The machine died.
