I was pleasantly surprised with the coffee that this machine puts out. I’ve lived in Europe (Italy mostly) for the last couple of decades and I’m serious about my espresso. My wife & I recently moved back to the states and after continuously going to Starbucks & being disappointed I took matters into my own hands after reading reviews & listening to one of my Italian buddies. I purchased this machine & have not looked back since.

We finally upgraded from the original Nespresso, and are so glad we did! The Vertuo's are great! Very intuitive, the quick release disposal tray is great, and the coffee is next level! My only complaint is I wish it would NOT brew if there isn't enough water, instead of brewing anyway and wasting a pod. Just a simple shut off or warning light would be better. However, I highly recommend this coffee maker!

It’s been over a month that I’ve been using this coffee machine, and I have not had a problem at all with it. It’s so easy to use, and the coffee tastes delicious! I also use the milk frother daily!

I am addicted to espresso and lattes thanks to the Nespresso-Vertuo Next! I love the ease of operation, the taste, and the flavors.

I was a skeptic but now am a believer. It pours awesome espresso and works hard for a large amount of people. But to be honest the frother is the thing that all the people rave about. Who knew such a simple thing would make people love coffee so much. DOWNSIDE, Pods are difficult to find, and pretty limited on kinds unlike K-Cups which have every choice under the sun. Your pretty much stuck with Nespresso or Starbucks.

I wasn't too sure about how hot the Nespresso- Vertuo Next would be able to make the coffee. I was happily surprised!! The Nespresso is fabulous. I'm also in love with the milk frother as it can froth milk hot or cold. The only this I'm upset about is I didn't buy this years ago!!! Honestly, best purchase so far for 2024!!!

LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this thing. No need for starbucks anymore. All i need are some flavored syrups. Easy to use, easy to clean, the espresso is amazing quality, Will never switch back

Nespresso machine is amazing. The frother that came with it didn’t work which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. However, Best Buy chat person said to take it back and exchange.

Love it, it’s a little noisy but the ease of use and quality of coffee is worth it.

Love my Nespresso!!!! The coffee is awesome! I love the foam and the milk frother! My only issue is that sometimes when i put the pod in, close and lock it i only have to press the buttong once to brew…other times i have to press it 2 or 3 times. Other than that, it’s awesome and i dont think i can ever go back to the Keurig….

I am so glad I upgraded my Keurig to this - it's been a few weeks of using this and I haven't been to Peets ONCE (I was usually going 3-4 times a week for my cappuccino). Highly recommend, the quality is fantastic. Only downside is my husband can see how much of a coffee addict I am :) While the pods themselves are pricey, I am saving money compared to my frequent Peets visits. I also like that you can mail back the pods for recycling. family and friends love to use this as well - they feel spoiled and love the quality of the coffee and espresso that this machine makes!

One of the best purchases I have made in long time

I absolutely love this product. The coffee and espresso that is brewed from this Nespresso machine really is top notch, especially being an at home product. In my opinion this outranks any pod-brewed coffee machine. One issue I have is it is awfully hard to lock the top in place when you pop in a new pod. I feel like that might wear out or break in time with how frequent I use this.
