Have wanted more flavor out of coffee for a long time. Read a lot of reviews for the Nespresso brand online in addition to commentary about coffee in general. A decision was made to buy the latest Nespresso, Vertuo Next and, as it turned out within hours, it was a good move. Best Buy had a good price.

The Nespresso - Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Maker by Breville works really great! Every family member is finding it easy to use and to maintain. Even the teenager thinks that it is wonderful! He found the instructions easy to follow as did the other members of the household.

Took a chance on this after seeing a commercial on TV, and Wow!! Had a Kuerigg machine and let me tell you, this machine is 100 times better! The quality far surpasses the Kuerigg and the coffee it makes? Amazing!! This machine will put coffee shops out of business in my opinion

My machine stopped working after just one month of use. I descalled and followed all troubleshooting procedures. I liked the Nespresso Vertuo for its small footprint and when it worked in the beginning the coffee pods were a welcome change to my other coffee pod maker. It brewed smooth,rich and tasty coffee, however, the coffee was not as hot as I like it to be.

As someone who uses Keurig and Verismo, I didn't really need another coffee machine but the Nespresso was so tempting after watching videos on YouTube. I originally purchased a DeLonghi version from Target that leaked so I got the Breville from Best Buy and have not had a problem. Makes coffee that tastes like it came from a coffee shop, and the crema is wonderful. I also like the one-button operation regardless if you're making an espresso or a full mug. The only drawback is that finding pods for the Vertuo is nearly impossible at retail. You pretty much have to order from Nespresso directly. I also like that they offer to recycle the used pods. It was definitely worth the purchase and as a coffee hound, it's one more option I have for my morning or evening beverage!

Product itself is great-but keep it in mind this is not a better version of Vertuo Plus. Less automatic, more noise compared to Plus. Tho I love its effort for sustainability, so I'm kinda satisfied with this. Unless you're comparing Plus vs Next, would recommend.

It works good and makes a great cup of coffee. But instructions are not really easy to understand. Once I figured it out it works good

Got it on sale and wow definitely a big difference in taste from our Keurig. Easy to use just the pods are pricey, they make you buy a huge bulk order to get a discounted price on the pods. But defiantly a new family favorite in my house.

This coffee maker makes the most smooth coffee at home you'll ever have! I love the fact that you can make so many different size options too, so versatile. Perfect for staying at home more and still getting a luxury cup of coffee!!

Got this for my bf who loves coffee more than me. He usually drinks it all day at work but now since he is working from home I had to get him this to meet his coffee standards and give him that extra boost throughout the day.

Item itself is great; not happy that your website directed me to buy the wrong pods for it...unsolicited. I hadn’t thought to buy the espresso pods, but thought, “Ok Best Buy, good idea.” After Christmas and January travels, I called about returning them (before January 25th), assuming I had a month. I was told my 15 days were up and I couldn’t return them. I like to diversify and not always order from Amazon, but your return policy has me rethinking future purchases.

Works great so far. It’s a little loud. I would probably recommend one of the girls older models.

So far this is working great! I love coffee but hate Kurig coffee pods. This makes great coffee compared to Kurig and is worth the high cost to entry. I’ve only had this this for a month so we’ll see how it lasts.

The coffee or Nespresso maker itself is good. The problem is very few easy access stores in the area carry the pods that are required to use in the machine. Basically it's an expensive kitchen appliance that is used infrequently due to the lack of product that needs to be put through it.

This was a gift for me. I switched from a Kuerig. I can definitely taste the difference. The coffee is richer, smoother, and savory. I used the same coffee type from Starbucks light roast.

Love the machine! It’s so convenient, compact and brews the perfect drink! The sample pack that came with it is also a night touch as it helps you zone in your personal preferences

Nespresso Vertuo coffee machines are amazing and far superior than Keurigs. Nespresso has a monopoly on the Vertuo pods but the coffee is delicious and well worth the price.

This is a great coffee machine for single cups!! I stopped using my normal machine because it was too much work to clean for one person and this has been a great replacement!

Best coffee I have ever tasted!! Takes a few weeks of use to get hotter coffee. If you use cream plan on zapping in micowave 30 seconds after brewing. Creama is divine. Finding the pods are difficult but, more stores carrying. I ordered from Nespresso but took well over 2 weeks to arrive. I found a local store that carries Starbucks vertuo pods so all is well now.

I downsized from the VertuoPlus machine to this one to save counter space which is so far great. The downside is having to sacrifice the motorized open/close feature and the water tank is slightly smaller so I have to refill it regularly. Makes the same great coffee and you get an additional capsule size option (18oz )which is exclusive to this series.
