This is my new best friend. The whole family loves making the best espresso as well as full cup size coffee. I like it so much, I bought a second one for work.

I had been somewhat dismissive of Nespresso machines until I stayed ina vacation rental that had one. I liked the ease, the speed, and yes, the taste. When I came home I decided to get one for myself. I did a lot of research on which to get. I don't drink lattes at home, so no milk frother needed. I wanted it to be compact, and then the whole capsules or pods issue. So far I am really pleased. While it is a bit more difficult to get pods (Vertuo line), I am pleased with the taste and quality of the coffee is worth it. I also like that the Vertuo line offers a variety of sizes from espresso to a 7.5 ounce coffee and even pour over size. The Next line allows you to adjust the cup platform depending on the size of cup. I am also pleased that Nespresso provides recycling bags for the used pods. I am very happy with this purchase.

Works great. Replacing 5 year old vertuo evoluo model that started making watery expresso/coffee. I think the seals finally went on it. So glad I got the new one. The espresso is definitely stronger and I pay money for these pods so I want to get my moneys worth. It is long but I think that works good on a kitchen counter. Has Wifi and bluetooth to tell me if I need to descale? I guess. Not sure if the wifi does anything else. It is louder than my old machine, but as long it makes good espresso/coffee don't care. Glad I bought it. Nespresso is the best, been using the pods for years.

Excellent coffee, beautiful to look at! Could not be happier with this purchase. The only con is that it is a wee bit noisy!

LOVE IT! I hesitated for more than a year on this. I've read so many reviews saying that the Nespresso Vertuo Next is the worst of the Vertuo machines. I was waiting and waiting hoping Nespresso would come out with a new one because I've been dying to replace my Keurig. When I saw this one in black and rose gold I ended up just going for it as a Christmas gift to myself. I've been using it for a month so far and I am in LOVE!! I hope it does not malfunction in the future like some reviews have stated.

Coffee made perfectly. Crema and consistency is excellent. Vertuo is easy to use ... bar codes on the pods tell the machine the temperature, volume and time ... Easy!! Love it!!

This machine works well, makes good coffee. No problems. Nice looking too.

Love this machine. Only machine that tastes like real espresso. They come out more expensive per pod but it’s because the coffee espresso actually tastes right. This is my 3rd Nespresso machine I’ve had and they are all still working.

I love the coffee but the machine is very loud. For the price I would it expect it to be quieter

My last Nespresso machine lasted me over 4 years and still works, just wanted a newer, quieter unit. This one is very quiet and links up Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. 3 stars cause it started having issues early on. It making coffee properly, only half filling, lots of loose grounds, then it started leaking. The light is blue which there is no blue light indicated on any paperwork. Now it won’t link to anything and just leaks.

Loved the machine and the quality of coffee/ease-of-use. But It stopped working after less than 4 weeks. Lights on and solid, but no coffee/water. Won't even start a self-cleaning cycle. The machine does not even recognize the physical factory reset key presses.

Best gift ever. Only hard to close. But coffee brew is better. And I like pods recycled too.

This coffee machine is so nice that bought a second machine for our downstairs living area.

Seriously, this was a gift for my daughter and let me say I’ve gotten so much use out of this it’s ridiculous lol. I used to buy coffee at my local coffee spot but since have slowed down way down. The pods are very unique and not readily available other than bestbuy, Amazon. But trust me when i say the taste is realllyyy really good.
